[Resolved]  Kejora Masyhur Sdn Bhd — delaying of bus take-off

what kind of the services that is going on in kuala lumpur pudu bus station? I"ve been issued the bus ticket from kuala lumpur to butterworth and mention the bus take-off time is at 7.30pm. But till now(9pm) the bus still at the same place.when was asked at ticket counter,they said the bus going to move.yet another lie been told. what kind of services are they provided?yet says malaysia is the best in caring public and their needed. Government of malaysia especially transportation dept,please look into tis matter and pls take serious action. dont just says by mouth but do it by action.
