Punctuality Issue and Smelly Bus

Bought a ticket from Larkin to TBS
The departure date and time is 18 Oct, 9:30am

It took me approximately 9.5 hours to reach TBS from Larkin (including the 1-hour wait in Larkin)

The sole purpose of my trip is to attend my friend’s wedding, but I missed the most of it because of your lousy company.

Issues:
1. Bus delays for 1 hour, only picked up the customer and departed around...

This company's bus has no concept of time at all. My 2:00 ticket abruptly waited until 3:30.

    As a morning bus driver, please do understand why people book such early bus which is 5.45am, either working or studying.
    And since you've been late for almost 20mins then please be on the road all the time and not sembayang and smoking at outside some more. I understand muslim need to pray but please be fast and not smoking outside and delayed for another half an hr.

    Please consider i[censored] need to buy bus ticket under...

    My bus supposed to be arrived at 9.30 pm but until 11.00 pm still no hint of the bus arriving. This is very bad. And the most unacceptable thing is they do not tell us why the bus is late. Seriously, please do something about your bus punctuality. I would never recommend this company to anybody until the company make a change about it. And the ticket price is higher than other busses.

      I suppose to take the bus to sp @ 12n on 8/11/2019. The receiver @ the counter wrote the no plate of the bus behind the ticket n ask me to wait at pltfrom 12. I wait untill 12.30n and no bus no that had written arrived. I go to the counter n ask about the delay n they told me that the bus trip @ 12n had make a move. I just want to know why must wrote the plate no n the plate no is totally wrong. Its so confusing for the new passenger like me.

        I reserved a bus trip with kejora masyhur from malacca sentral to tbs kuala lumpur on 29/04/19 at 10.00 am. Bus was on time but very dirty. Bus driver talked loudly with a friend during the entire trip making it impossible to rest as we seated on second row. Bus driver smoked thru the window while driving, covering the smell with horrible chemical air freshener. Horrible smell, almost unbreathable in bus and inacceptable behavior.

        Very late not punctual...verryyy stupid shiitt slowwwlyyy..i hate this bus. Very badly!! Not confortable..noisy.

          I took 6.15pm bus on 27/3/19 penang sentral to shah alam... This is my worst experiences...driver's children's are playing in bus and one more son sitting on driver seat n playing.. Bus enjin on and the driver let his son for sitting on driver seat ... When i asked driver and his wife started making noice.bus driver claim that Hand break pull already and its safe...and also drive asked me to out frm the bus if i dont like...

          When bought the ticket at duta they assured my. Concern saying it is a direct trip to butterworth and will move now in 20min 445pm. I waited for another one hour only bus come at 530pm, what the point since many other bus come on time. Worst it is free seating and i sit under a seat with air con shutter gone direct blown on me. The trip stop to. Offload others at ipoh and pick up to fill it to full. Then it went to penang island first (The counter said it will go butterworth first before penang), total trip 7 hours. This company cheating maximum

            My bus was supposed to be 4.15pm, but they arrive at 5pm which was super late! From 5pm i’ve been sitting in the bus until now 11pm and not even arrive yet. Took bus from tbs to pulau pinang takes 6 hours+? The bus stoped at penang central for so long more than half an hour, and stop at patrol station very long more than half an hour. Really not efficient at all. Please fix this. People have their own things to do with people waiting for arrival. Very bad service. Very disappointed. 🤬
            Sorry..today was first and last i took kejora from butterworth to KL..i buy single seat but single seat not available..tempat duduk macam taik..x selesa lgsung..no wonder this bus kosong...jilakeeeeeee
            Aku tanya "lepas ni stop kat mana" dia bole jawab tk tahuu eaa... Nk susun bas dulu . kepala bapak dia ah .. mohon buang driver lembap n tk beretika ni. Bodo punya kejora express. Tiket 6.15 pm penang ke shah alam.. but kul 12.15am still dalam bas.

              We bought tickets from kl tbs to sungai petani. We found out later that the bus would actually stop at ipoh and butterworth before arriving in sp.
              The bus was delayed for about 1h15m. When we boarded we found people sitting on our allocated seats. Then the bus driver just came and ask to sit at any empty seat. So what's the point of choosing our seats then?
              First time using this company and definitely gonna be the last time..

                Saya beli tiket on line utk dari ipoh ke penang pada 15 okt 2018 jam 6 ptg tapi bila nk naik bas saya tunjuk on line booking tiket kat kauhter d aman jaya ipoh, kerani minta saya print d kaunter a5 dgn bayaran rm3. Masalahnya bila dia bg tiket dia rujuk sistem juga so yg print tu buat apa teknologi skrg paper less dan tak berbaloi caj print rm3 tu.

                  We bought online ticket for tbs to ipoh. Departure time schedule to be at 11.00 today (September 26, 2018) delayed until now (11.45).
                  Try to check with the gate tbs staff.. They dont know what the exact time the bus will arrive. Call to kejora main office.. The staff dont even know what the problem cause to delay.
                  What a lousy service u are kejora express.

                    I took the kejora express from tbs to malacca central this morning. What i want to complain is, i'm very dissappointed with this services.

                    1) i have done my online ticket which is i select for the seat for this trip for my mum and my aunty. For seat 5a 5b, 5c. But what i got is when check in, there is not our seat for us. There is just have free seating and another person already took our seat from somewhere else. What we noticed that, there got one ppl seat behind. Why is it happened.? No point if i pay more. Because this is very expensive ticket compared from others company that i took before.

                    2) the driver was very route when i'm asking regarding my seat and ask to seat for any free seat. Many bangala
                    That is not comfortable for me to seat next for all the mans.

                    3) not comfortable and the bus is very smelly.

                    I am not a complainer person because i dont like to do so. But this situation make me very unhappy for this trip compared to others company of bus. Thank you.
                    Bus always delayed. From tbs to malacca. 1 hour minimum delay.
                    Suddenly free seating. You don't get what you pay/book.
                    Bus full of rubbish.
                    No maintainance.
                    Rude staff.
                    Not recomended.

                      I took a bus from kl to melaka and i reached tbs half an hour earlier as the ticket stated there. But what i got in return is that the bus delayed for about 20 mins!! This is unacceptable because most when we were told to reach earlier, but the bus delayed!! And when we (My friend and i) got into the bus, we were told that it was free seating. As a result there is all single seat left and i am forced to seat with a man having a smelly odour. So whats the point of booking early online for the seats?! I can book last min and sit whever i want!! Pls!! In addition, the bus is full of rubbish and it is everywhere. This end up a really terrible trip for me, thx to kejora express, and i will never use this service anymore. And btw, if i cant rate by giving one star, i will not give you even one star lol, probably zero.

                        I took the kejora express from tbs to malacca central this morning. What i want to complain is, i'm very dissappointed with this services.

But what i got is when check in, there is no single seat for us. There is just have free seating and another person already took our seat from somewhere else. What we noticed that, there got double number of seat. Why is it happened.? No point if i pay more. Because this is very expensive ticket compared from others company that i took before.

                        2) the driver was very route when i'm asking regarding my seat and ask to seat for any free seat. We are as a malay girl and that is not comfortable for us to seat next a man.

                        3) not comfortable and the bus is very smelly.

                          Kejora Express is not a direct express bus from Johor Bahru to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan. Do not even buy from them. As they promises a direct bus from JB to TBS but still stop at Melaka.

                          The 12:30pm bus departed at 1:05pm only. Then stop at Yong Peng almost 30min.

                          Do buy from reptable bus company personal inside the ticket counter at JB Larkin and ignore all the sales crooks that stands in front of the ticket counters. They can promise everything but all are lies.

                            I took the kejora express from sg nibong to kuala lumpur yesterday. The journey took 6 hours as it was traffic jam. The bus driver refused to stop anywhere for washroom eventhough many passengers requested him to stop. Once arrived at jalan duta, one passenger informed the driver that she wants to go to washroom for a while and his reply was "aiyoh... Saya nak jalan la sekarang... Tadi tak nak beritahu... Sekarang saya nak jalan pergi pudu". What kind of service is this? Even for washroom, they cant stop???
                            What kind of service you have?! Bought ticket from 5pm from TBS but stopped at Hentian Duta?! And waited for almost an hour!!! Why it didn't say when we bought the ticket online? Who's responsible for this?!!! Please reply to me at [protected]@gmail.com

                              Kejora team, what kind of service you guys are providing??? When I took ticket from the counter, a lady n guy mentioned that the bus will depart sharp at 7.30pm and its already 9.00pm the bus just moved. Why when Sri maju and plus liner can depart on time, why can't you guys do the same thing, rather than waiting for the bus to be full then move. I'm facing the similar problem when I travel with kejora at all the time, what kind of express service is this??? And you guys claim d bus name as kejora express!! The bus I was traveling plate# KDD7888 Please rectify this issue and improve your service better. To the consumers please take note.

                                My friends n I bought 13 bus tickets from pudu n plan to go to kangar, perlis. The bus came after we waited for an hour. N the bus was parked at outside, not at the platform, so we have to carry all our luggage n go out. When we went into the bus, we was told that it's free seat!! But we choose our seat ady when we purchase the bus ticket. It's really unfair. The seats are also smaller n uncomfortable compare to other bus. I google this company n found out that all the feedbacks are negative comment. Seems that they never think of improve their service.
                                This is the 4th stop over of the trip which some are unnecessary...stop over should be atleast onve only during a estimated time of 5hrs trip...the driver is only talking with a driver from different bus company...waste of time riding this bus company...Sucks
                                I bought a ticket at Hentian Duta heading to Butterworth on 22/12/17 cost RM50. Stated in the ticket departure time will be at 3pm but I waited more than 1hour for the bus. When I call the HQ of Kejora in Penang. The staff were very rude and not responding. I would not suggest this bus service anymore.
                                We bought kejora bus ticket online (we are travelling from sg-malacca-kl). But since we are at hotel in malacca, we could not print out the booking summary. We have a very bad experience. In the morning, when we go to the counter, the lamp is on, but nobody is there. A man approached me, and when I asked him, he said to go to platform 16. I asked again where is that, but he looked angry and grab my arm rudely while pointing somewhere. It was so scary. I never experience things like this in my own country. Why should I experience this in Malacca. Then we went to platform 16, and the driver asked for our tickets and told us to go to the counter, because we didn’t print out the tickets. He went with us, but the man before talk to him and he told us to get in the bus. We know then that he was kejora counter staff. I thought that I was asking the wrong person before. But he was kejora counter staff all along. And he was very rude! Won’t ever use this bus again! (the passangers was only 3 ppl including us and the bus depart late)

                                  what kind of the services that is going on in kuala lumpur pudu bus station? I"ve been issued the bus ticket from kuala lumpur to butterworth and mention the bus take-off time is at 7.30pm. But till now(9pm) the bus still at the same place.when was asked at ticket counter,they said the bus going to move.yet another lie been told. what kind of services are they provided?yet says malaysia is the best in caring public and their needed....
