Kenstar-Water Purifier — Frequent Leakage

I have purchase Kenstar Water Purifier in month of May-2006. This Purifier was having problem of water leakage from starting. I brought it to notice of Customer service station but till date frequent repairs are carried out.
For safety & smooth running Pressure valve was also installed & set.
company do not have satisfactory customer support.
No R&D seems to be evolved in manufacturing process

Yes I strongly Agree & Say that BAN the products of kenstar from india..

Ther is a huge product failure interms of - failure of Candle disk's (Huge failure ) & Kenstart is not in position to cater this demand.

Service network is poorly handled, service personel has got very poor hands on experince & they make frequent mistakes to handle these products.

This product development & marketing needs a serious attention on the same.

i bought Kenstar La Pure water purifier in Sept 2007...since then i am waiting for the first free service...!!! what a company...HATS OFF TO YOU...!!! INDIA IS GREAT.

Kenstar India — No Service for Water Purifiers Sold

I am from Hyderabad, India, bought a Kenstar Water Purifier 3 years ago, to only realize later that it doesn't have a offical service provider of its own. The 3rd party service provider was far from any help somehow managed it for 1 year, and closed down. Ever since than the water purfier is out of service and disfunctional now. All the contact no.s, site provided is not accessible any longer, I doubt if the company even exists!!!

I complinted 1 week before. No responce?

We have purchased Kenstar Water Purifier 2 yeras ago. Since start it is not working properly. 3-4 times we got it repaied but still many time it has leakage. on 18th of april we have made a service contract with Railicorn Services. We don't get a proper response from the services. after kepping 5-7 calls person comes for repairs. On April 18th carbon powder was replaced we face a problem for 8 days for smell and black water. Presently we have a complaint that some time we have leakage in this purifier and water we get it with some dirt. We are not sure about the water which we are getting is really purified or not. Last 15 days we have started boiling the water and then use it. Filter it with cotton. Request your attension. You may conat us on[protected] or [protected].

At the time it was forced to us to take Kenstar water purifier. I use your other equipments such as Pressing iron, microwave, toster they are working fine.

yes i fully agree with these comments. One eprson collected cheque from me for AMC since then he has disappeared. can some one give me company's contact details.

i have a piece like what has been written, now it is non-ops, mechanic says he'll be back when the damaged solenoid v/v arrives, that happened 2 months ago, no improvement. looks like i'll have to throw this away and buy some reputed make.

Kenstar Water Purifier — Faulty Kenstar Water Purifyer

We have purchased a Kenstar Water Purifyer from Next Retail,Thane(W) on 17/10/09 & it was installed after a delay of one month.This equipment is faulty & not functioning since then.After repeated complaints to Next Retail & Kenstar,Mr Anwar from Service dept,Kenstar assured us that he would give us a replacement but till date we have not received any response.We had called up the helpline of Kenstar in the last week of Jan 2010 & we understood that our complaint was cancelled.

It is very bad service by Kenstar, i have launched complaint for last 45 days, nobody turns up, i called up service center manager who never picks up the phone and if it all he picks up the phone, he commit something and nothis is happening,

I am also going complaint against them in consumer court

i have a piece like what has been written, now it is non-ops, mechanic says he'll be back with some valve or whatever and that ahs just happenened today after he fiddled with the device no improvement and no water flow. looks like i'll have to throw this away and buy some reputed make. I will however not let these chaps off so easily. I will take them to the consumer forum and sue them

I Have purchased a kenstar air conditioner last year on[protected] and now i have a problem in it then i have call the company an tell them d problem they send the mechanic at my home in Indore and they tell me that the compresser has a fault nd they also tell me the warranty of compresser is 5yrs.then also they taking charge of it 2000rs, is it right that they r taking charge for it as it is in warranty...

kenstar le-pure — not working properly

we have installed a kenstar le-pure for the last 5-6 months. but its service is very poor. many complaints have lodged but no one came for its cleaning. water flow is not running. (contact No. [protected])

I purchased a water purifier 10 years back in Ahmedabad. Recently the water purifier got some problems and not working. I contacted the local franchise to get it repaired. After taking the machine for more than 4 months, he is not able to rectify the complaints. If I contact him over phone, his usual reply I asked the Head office to send the PCB etc. I don't know when he is able to solve the problems. Before giving franchise job, they should tell the nature of work etc.
