Despite multiple calls to the technician, the issue remains unresolved. The last time the technician visited, he suggested replacing the switch, which I did, but the problem persists.

A split AC of 2 Ton of O'General having dripping from indoor unit. Also Cooling has reduced ..

I have purchased a O-General 3 star window AC model no. AGXT24FHTC-B Serial No. T103511 on 13/05/2022. On 27/08/2022 the AC stopped working suddenly and does not started again. So kindly please check the AC and fix the problem as soon as possible.

I am The Old User Of O general Ac . recently I bought A New Inverter Ac From Vishal TV Care Fatehabad Who Was the Only Distributor In Fatehabad Haryana. After Installation On the very first day, There Unwanted Noise Occurred so I Made A complaint Regarding That But No Solution He Takes The Happy Code From Me And Close The complaint after 2 days noise come again and it's regular. I visit the dealer and he sends the technician and they telling a lie to him that there is no noise I already share the video recording of that noise but they said we did not do anything when I call them then they said we do nothing for you do what you want to do. I think i waste my 53000rs

I have purchased 3 AC's (1 no. 2T & 2 nos. 1.5T) in Feb'22. Yesterday service personal came for 1st free service, they were not at-all knowledgeable. They cleaned only filters & dust with blower. While cleaning they have manually moved the swings & now swings are misaligned & not properly working om auto mode. Against 3 AC's, cleaned only 1 unit & spoiled swings of 2 units. While in service call they showed all 3 units are serviced. Such illiterates are spoiling brand image of O General. Pls. take it seriously to get my issue resolve on priorities. I will never advice nor recommend to anyone to buy O general products as service is worst. Not at-all advisable to but O General products

please sir my is don't cooling in the show room i talk to your office located in ANAND but not solve the problem and don't find out the problem your team please solve the immediately because we are last 2 week reside in the without AC so please reply the first and also solve the problem and we have check the problem your team 2-3 times but not find out the problem so urgently basis you are call on [protected] and [protected] or reply on this mail also and all service man tall us company can solve the problem any other person not solve.

Sub : Manufacturing Defect-Cooling Problem in Air Conditioner of OG - So please replace my AC with new one

Sir,

This is to inform you that I have purchased AC of OG from M/s AVI AC Services Pvt Ltd, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur on dated 11/06/2021 enclosed bill copy for your reference.

This year when we have started the AC the Air conditioner is not Cooling giving warm Air, so we have contacted the above dealer for its service and even after servicing the AC is not giving Cool Air.

So we again contacted the above dealer for checking the same, again the technician come and told that the there is no Gas in the AC so he filled the AC gas but even after filling he Gas the AC is just cooling like a cooler.

So we once again contacted the above dealer we call the dealer on daily basis after 20-25 days the dealer send a technician and again the technician told that there is no Gas in the AC so for two days he check the AC but not found any leakage/other issue and fill the Gas again and told that he is unable to find the issue and there is some mistake in the AC (Manufacturing Defect) that why its not cooling properly. And also we have reported the issue on your toll free no[protected] & WhatsApp No[protected] – with service No .JAI[protected].

Even after visiting 4 times the technician unable to find the issue and still the AC is just working like a cooler.

So I request you to please look into the matter as the AC is still under Warranty/Guarantee and replace the same with new AC as we are totally fed up now from last two to three months and also there is a financial loss of Rs. 52, 500/-.

I think you understand the words as it is such a big company and a good brand name in market. So once again request you to please look into the matter and replace my AC with new one as soon as possible.

The ac is leaking which means water is leaking from ac as soon as we turn on the ac

Being a reputed Company ( OG Brand told by your authorised Dealer ) believing on him I purchased 1Ton AC on 31/03/2022 delivered on 02/04/2022, installed on 09/04/2022 ( because of Outdoor Unit was received in damaged condition ). No matter for this.
1. I am herewith forwarding the installation condition/system of the AC in attached VIDIO, How the Reputed/Branded Named Company is getting done FREE INSTALLATION by their HIGH SKILLED TECHNICIAN and putting so many clauses in WARRANT. VSame thing was informed to the Dealer & he has seen personally Installation and promised to resolved the Problem but till today there is NO RESPONSE even after Reminders.
2. Secondly Reg. the OUTDOOR UNIT. I have Samsung. Carrier ACs & there Outdoor Units back side is having Metal Frame as SAFTY Precaution from any damage But you have provided PLASTIC FRAME & that’s why my Out door Unit was received in damaged condition ( Tech. informed ). I have only giving this information and it is upto you As a Reputed/Branded Company how to make PRODUCT safety.
3. Finally try to believe 10% on Customer/Dealer because I have Suffered lot for this. No Customer damages his product himself & that’s why you have lost one Customer. I am the Customer of this Dealer for last 35 years.
4. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED VIDIO CAREFULLY HOW THE INSTALLATION DONE BY YOUR SKILLED TECHNICIAN.

Hi I was purchase O general 2 ton split AC but this ac have continuous problem for cooling. I have raised lots of complaint but still my problem is not sorted out. Please help and send your engineer on priority basis.

When it turn on the compressor just after few minutes again it trun off... Some are just saying current phase issues we resolved it but again we facing the same issue n some as per there intension there are saying compressor problem please resolve it... We don't know what the exact prblm is... Requesting you to please check and solve our problem

I have bought AOGR18JCC ACs in SrinLanka from a person claimed to be an agent of General Japan. The ACs wouldn’t switch on automatically after a power cut when the power comes back. Agent asked me to switch of the AC from the plugs and switch on again when that happens. He also said that a special feature in General to avoid any high voltage absorption. He also said these are inverter models and I understand that the captioned model is not an inverter model ( after research). Please confirm whether the switching off is a normal feature and whether these are inverters or not. Also would like to know the country of origin of the captioned model.

The compressor is not functioning

I have purchased split A/C of O General 1.5 Ton last year in june 20, I faced problem that A/c was not working properly with remote from first day of purchasing. I have complaint three times last year but engineer's gave not satisfactory result against it. Now In 6 April, I complained again that A/C was not working, engineer's visited and taken my A/c remote with them. They said it 's sensor was not working, thereafter I called many times but they said ur remote has deposited to company, meanwhile company closed my complaint.
Now from 6th April to 4 th june ur engineer's visited to my house with my remote n check the A/C and said A/C sensor is ok but A/C controllet was not working, we will bring new A/C controller.
I have bothered complaining again and again against this A/C and your poor services. Plz look into this matter urgently basis.
