[Resolved]  Kerala Water Authority — Website to pay water bills is not functioning

It was really a great tool to pay the water bills in Trivandrum, Kerala State since it was being introduced in 2010. However, the website (kwa.kerala.gov.in) cannot be accessed since end-July, 2011.

Please do the needful to bring and keep the website running as water bills is due for payment in August, 2011.
