Double payment issue

Sir

18/05/2026 I made a UPI transaction of Rs 8784 for a new connection to the
Kerala Water Authority. But the first transaction was successful and an
error was shown without a receipt. Since I did not get a receipt, when I
checked the same application again, it showed that the amount debited from
the account would be returned in two or three days. When I showed it again
to pay the amount,...

No regular water since August 2023, but, sending water bill regularly

Address: Kerala, Kannur district, taliparamp karibom office, Oduvally water tank

No water supply since August 2023, we got water only few days. Section overseer Mr Jonoy, who is responsible for oduva water tank supply not attending phone, ([protected]), And [protected] stopped getting phone calls on that number. Complaint no 0479266 on 16.3.24. But no action. No one responsible. But, continuously sending bills, without water supply. Who is responsible....

My name is Nishad From Kumbalangi Gramapanchayath in ernakulam District ( Ward No.2).As for your information we are facing the lack of water availability and everyday we should get drainage water also. In the second ward of Kumbalangy panchayat especially in the convent area, we are facing the problem for the last 1 year more and we complained most of the times in our related Dept, .If they send some plumbers and workers to check the area there is no responsible person for its supervision. In this area most of the peoples suffered skin allergic disease and hospitalised especially most that childens case.In our opinion we going back our 1980 old days. We complained several times till we didn't get any solving response form your Dept End.We are not happy to serve the Service from the Irrigation Dept.

    Dear sir,

    We are residing Nattika panchayat chavakkad taluk Thrissur district.
    We residing near to canoly canal ward noVI of nattika kalanji area.
    We put several complaints to the officials individually (32064/282787) and it is on hold, we met the local officials personally and in group too and mass petition also submitted.
    The water supply to this area is once 2 weeks and one side of the road a minor drops are available and the west side road there is no drop water too.our natural source of water is contaminated and can not use for drinking and other uses.
    Pl look into the matter and solve the issue

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      Water Supply to route no[protected] has been Disrupted from 5th January 2023. My consumer no is # [protected].
      I have already raised a complaint (Complaint # 380618) today by calling 1961. However, due to immediate assistance I decided to send it in writing.
      I am 56 and due to my knee joint pain I can hardly walk to fetch water from well. The well is almost 500 meters from my house and hence I request you to resolve this water supply issue at the earliest.
      Since last 24 hours me and my wife is surviving on liquids...as you know that consuming solid foods will force us to attend nature's call ... Which at this time is not practicable.
      Hope, action is taken for my concern.

        Dear Sir/Madam
        This is to notify that Water Supply has been Disrupted from 5th January 2023 (Route[protected] and my consumer no # [protected]. I have already raised complaint today with customer support center and my complaint no # 380618.
        Since, I am 56 and have a serious issue with my knee pain, I can't walk a distance of 500 meters to fetch water from well. Apart from that my uncle and aunt is here from Thrissur to spend few months with me here.
        I kindly request you to take up the matter with utmost importance and resolve the issue.
        Due to no water supply I and my wife is surviving since last twenty four on liquids. As we all know consumption of hard foods will force us to attend nature's call ... Which is impossible as of now due to subjected reason.
        I believe, you will show mercy and help us by restoring water supply at the earliest.

          28 Tage kein Wasser, dann nonstop 3 Tage und jetzt seit mehr als 8 Tagen wieder kein Wasser.
          Eine Unverschämtheit auch nach mehrmaliger Beschwerde kein Wasser.
          Wie soll man leben ohne Wasser.
          Keine Zeiten wann es Wasser gibt.
          Wonach soll man sich richten.

          Bitte um schnellst mögliche Lösung des Problems und Angaben wann es Wasser gibt, Tage und Uhrzeiten.

                    As I tried to pay water bill online the site is showing an Error code as " Meter reading is not posted. Please contact your office to get it posted before makng payment". U to last year I am paying using online. I don't know why is not working now. Since I am working abroad I can't pay using other methods.

                      I am trying to pay water bills by online portal. But last 9 months onwards it is showing " Meter reading is not posted. Please contact your office to get it posted before making payment". But in my home we already received the bill in hand. But upto last year there was not any problem for online payment. Since I am working Abroad, I can't make any other mode of payment.

                            I have received water bill dt.3.4.2023 for my residence at Palakkad. My consumer id is [protected].
                            On verification of the bill, it is seen that the water usage was 15KL from 9.02.2023 to 5.04.2023. Actually, we have been in Trivandrum from 20th December 2022 to till date. My residence at Palakkad was closed for the last 3 and half months and no water was utilised from 20.12.2022.
                            Please clarify how the amount was charged to me as I have not consumed water for the above period.
                            However I have paid the bill on 15.04.2023 through GPay. So, if excess amount has been charged, please adjust the same in my next bill. We will be returning back to Palakkad in the month of July, 2023.

                              In the payment Page of water authority it shows change to green Bill or not. I accidentally clicked yes but without any further confirmation it's changed to green bill. They don't provide any option to reverse to physical bill. Registed and mailed them regarding this but no responses.
