Kesco — 65 days without electricity

Greetings of the Day! With due respect the applicant wish to bring into your kind notice that we, the residents of 84/32 Watch & Ward Hata, Kamla Club Kanpur-208012, have been living without electricity for 65 days. This campus belongs to the property of J K Jute Mills Co. Ltd. and all of the residents were allotted their residences for living of being the employees of J K, and all the basic amenities like water, electricity, etc. were provided by company itself. But, since the company's charge has been undergone to the new owners of J K, The Sarda Group, all the basic civic amenities are blocked, thence approximately 400 people are being affected. We have applied for separate meters for electricity in KESCO but they denied to fix, then we requested to the Managing Director of Kesko, again we failed to get the relief. He denied on the behalf of private property campus and said if you people can purchase a new transformer of worth @ 500000/- then I can think of it ! then we approached to the District Magistrate of Kanpur City, but no where we are heard, we also approached to our MLA Mr. Irfaan Solanki (SP) from Sisamau Legislation but we could not find the solution. Although we have shown them the order of delhi high court in 2010 mentioning that electricity is essential part of life and without NOC of landlord the electric meter can be applied for, but still we are forced to live in darkness. Thus the studies of students and scholars, the health of people, earnings of service class and so on, are badly affecting and if the situation continues any tragedies like theft, loot, robbery, or any mishappening could take place. Therefore We request you to please look in to matter and resolve it on the basis of our faith in you. Sir, You are the last hope of ours. Hoping to the earliest redressal of this public grievance. KESCo — correction in name displayed on the electricity bill

My name is displayed as SURESH KUMAR GOWTAM(wrong) instead of SURESH KUMAR GAUTAM(correct). I would like to request the authority to please correct the name on my electricity bills. Thank You

I am trying for paying of my outstanding bill online from last 3 days but kesco server is not working
Meter reader has generated 14 bills for different consumers of G. D. Apartment Saket Nagar but my bill has not been generated.
Please give me bill at the earliest so that I may be able to pay my bill.
