u r requested to kindly arrange the person who is work for exactly honesty with thier duty pl.do somthing in favour of kesco

Recently running electronic electric meter has change in Swaraj Nagar Panki, cosumer re paid for the meter, where as its required by kesco meter to be changed, as its individuals has paid when initial meter was fixed, please let me know why should customer pay again and again meter charge, NOW VERY FUNNY THING NEW METER NOT WORKING, many time approach Sub Stn Panki staff said, at present meter not available, when comes meter will be change. now monthly electric bill they are sending what amount they want, therE is no justification for the bill.What should i do now.Advice.
