I am a resident of 1500/33 narayanpuri naubasta kanpur. Near naubasta bamba.
Sir i have neutral problem in my home. Actually the pole is around 500 mtr far from my home.
Due to this problem we are suffering very much in this burning hot weather.

Either send some one who can get the neutral line along with the cable.
Or
Please make arraangement of fixing some new poles is the locality. There are around hundred house holds which are suffering. All have valid connection as well.

All Kanpur people i request you to stop paying bills then we all will see how they will not give timely electricity we all are actually fools we are payinv bills they are getting money in proper manner and filling their pockets once we have all to stand together and fight against KESCO then only things will be in proper manner how many people will support just reply *yes* waiting for your kind reply

Sir,
CLARIFICATION REGARDING SERVICE LINE CHARGE
My meter was changed to 5 kw on my request but Rs2000/- was charged for service line
but at the time of fixing meter, KESCO employ asked for cable .
Let me know when service line cost was deposited by me what was the reason for asking
cable ?
