[Resolved] Khaitan Electricals Ltd. / Emergency Lamp — Improper service in guarantee period | |
I am Praveen Jain purchased a emergency lamp ( Model KEL-12T) manufactured by Khaital Electricals Ltd. by a retailer M/s Alimohammed Gulam Hussain at Ujjain on 17/04/2009.My Bill no. is 3435,Address of retailer is 12, Kamri Marg Ujjain phone:[protected]. The product service became improper during gaurentee period.The retailer is not repairing it and nor replacing it. I have also cmplained to Khaitan Electricals Ltd. on phone[protected].But nobody responding there.I have also e-mailed at [protected]@khaitan.com and [protected]@khaitan.com.
