I bought the chimney around 4 years ago and now the motor is not working.
Now I am left with the Rs. 12000/- trash which even the company personnel not able to fix
I have tried raising complaint with the company and the person said the motor is dead and new will be required.
They do not have the spare motor available. We are continuously trying to reach to their helpline but its of no use
We have already paid 450/- to their one of the personnel visited and its been a month since then.
till now we are not provided any feasible solutions.
I expect this to be resolved within 7 days, otherwise i would be forced to take this to the Consumer Court

I 3 or 4 days ago bought a cooler but today when i turned it on low mode it was not working, it's working fine on medium and high mode

Last 3 days this farrata fan is not working kindly manage an electrician to get repaired it.

Regarding the Khaitan Hand blender which i have purchased on 2nd June'2022 with 2 year warranty, not it stopped working. we are not aware of any service center in our local area i.e Bulandshahr UP. i have tried to reach out to all customer care numbers but the numbers are not reachable, some are wrong and some are not in use.

very disappointed with the service of Khaitan, i advise to every customer please don't buy Khaitan products. They are not reliable, my product stopped working in 5 months only and the warranty period is 2 years but there is no use of warranty if we can't take the benefits because we are not aware of local service centers and the custmer care numbers are not reachable.

i have purchased the product online and received the warranty card as well but there is no use if we can't take the benefits.

Highly Irresponsible And Useless Company, None Of the Contact Numbers On Their Site Works And No Reply To Emails In One Day

I have already tried following on the Khaitan site and found them non working after one day duration and no response to emails and given numbers not working which proves that Khaitan company doesn't want to give support for its products but only sell.

Kindly don't buy any products of Khaitan as you will suffer for support like I am suffering after buying 48 Inch ECR Ceiling fan that worked for only one and half month while I used it very less.

I have bought "Khaitan fan" model "Panther" on last month, and the fan was running with auto turning in the night and when I woke up in the morning, it was not turning automatically. When I look at the fan, the plastic part that holds the gear was broken in pieces and fell off. It was just one month old and now its not working.

The cooler doesn't working properly.i will ask the dealer many times but no one come to check the cooler . coolers fan totally dead.

Fan dosen't working

I had purchased khaitan cooler last 3 months before from ajanta electronics Jaisalmer Rajasthan. Motor of fan jam due to some mechanical problem. I ask to dealer about it but response by the khaitan service provider was very delay. And also they provide us unskilled manpower who was only 8 th pass not having any ITI or diploma degree. Resulting damage to other parts and many sketchers on cooler body which was very new. Finally i am unsatisfied with the khaitan cooler and their service provider.

Khaitan cooler was bought on 21st March from Bikaner Rajasthan in which there was a lot of problem, in the end cooler is completely off, the fan does not work, in the summer season, the local cooler does not give problems for 1 year but it is not working in 3 months till the fan is closed. Dear sir/Madam,
this is to inform you that I have purchased one khaitan cooler from Gupta T.V. showroom & furniture House, shop no.2376/77, Ram bagh Road, Ambala cantt. through Invoice no. 3439 dated 10/05/2022, when we used the cooler at house we found some problems like water leakage, some switches are not working properly, after one week cooler motor was breakdown, then we informed to dealer their mechanic visited and resolved it, but water leakage and cooling problem not resolved, kindly replace our cooler and issue us fresh new cooler kindly look into the matter and do the needful action as soon as possible because weather is very hot, i was harrased by dealer, number of time we visited at their shop regarding the problem but not resolved yet.
