kho-cha teas ( http://khochateas.com) — I don't get tea, that I buy in online store

I pay to http://khochateas.com 3 month ago.
http://khochateas.com send tea to me by UPS - why ? I don't request this, ordinary airmail works well, but by UPS I dont't get parcel (law problems).

6 oct. Kho-cha promise re-send parcel to me by EMS - (EMS works well.) soon.

Now 29 December - and . Kho-cha don't resend and don't return money to me.

I pay to Kho-cha 3 month ago - and I don't get my parcel with tea.

From November Kho-cha don't answer to my emails. More than 1 month (I get many read receipt for my emails to it )

I don't recommend buy tea at http://khochateas.com .
