[Resolved]  Khurana Travels — Worst Service/Buses are in BAD condition

This is really worst condition of Khurana travels. Give Them alert ready to facing consumer court against Mental and Physical Harassment, Arrogant behaviour with customer, bus fail then no support for complete journey. My friend suffered whole night on a road side, if any thing wrong happen who is responsible for this.
Mr. Khurana You must give answer of this Improper maintenance, worst service, etc. I f we ready to pay why will not providing proper service.

the same incident was happend to me on 29th oct 2011, for Nagpur Jabalpur bus, it suddenly stopped 70 km before seoni and everything was shut down, no AC no lights, even no public utility near by 5 km. we were in the jungle area, it was 18.30 in the evening getting darker, so we were afraid for happening any to us in the dark. we asked for the refund of the tkt amount but their response was "Office jake le-lo, hum nahi denge". At last we took a decision to take a passing by bus and reach atleast Seoni for further journey.
The buses are really in bad condition, more over the staff is very arrogant, very care less and they are not taking any responsibility anything happens in between to the bus.
