Was traveling from Washim to Sangli... had a stop for bathroom... I went to washroom... instead of conforming all the passengers the bus left.. luckily there was another bus behind so catched my booked travels at solapur...money totally wasted... staff instead of accepting their mistake talks rudely...called the driver multiple times yet not received

I booked ticket for wardha ( from parbhani to wardha ) boarding time 8.30 pm . Bus was cancelled on 18 th of March then they offered me to book for next day, I booked for 19th . And on 19th of March my boarding time is 8.30 pm and they called me at 5pm that today's bus was cancelled, so kindly can you pls tell me how I'm going to arrange my journey in such a short period of notice ? Sir/ madam can you please let me know ?? My whole schedule was disturbed since 2 days . Is this way to treat your passanger ?..

We have travelled from Amaravati to Tuljapur by Khurana Travels on 25 Feb 22. Schedule bus time was 9.30 pm. It was a very pathetic journey where as bus was reached at starting point late by 1 hr. Bus was not in good condition, it looks like a parcel carrier bus. All over the bus contain parcels whereas passangers are not able to keep there own luggage in luggage section. As our destination was Tuljapur schedule to be reach on 7.30 am. And I hv already booked a private car from Tuljapur to akkalkot and ganganapur for further journey on next day we have to reach on time at Tuljapur. Where as Khurana Travels reached at Latur around 7.30 am and took unnecessarily halt for 1.30 hr. After that cleaner came in the bus and told to the passenger to shift in other bus with there luggage as this bus was failed. Upto this point it was understandable as it might be technical failure. But these people have shifted passanger from Amaravati Tuljapur bus to Tuljapur Nagpur Bus and vice versa. That new bus was very dusty. And driver told that failed bus we are sending back to nagpur with passanger who are traveling to nagpur.
At that time I realised Khurana Travels Agency have invented super natural Power bus who could travel around 600 km (Latur to Nagpur) even after failure but not able to travel only 45-50 km ( Latur to Tuljapur).
We reached at Tuljapur at around 10.30 am where we lost our whole day planning of akkalkot and ganganapur only because of Khurana Travels.
Then we have contacted customer care but they people only gave number of other travel agency. They are seating there to make people fool. Our time is so important these people not going to spoil our journey and time. I want my money back. Refund my money.
Khurana Travels not maintain the complaint portal on there site.

I travelled at 16 feb from latur to nagpur through khurana travels they stop at each and every stop and asking for passengers they didn't care about passengers who are inside and they also turned off ac during travel and if we ask about that they tell us to seat back ..
Staff iss too much rude...
I think they made more money than travels company by taking passengers 🤣

Bus books from Pune to Nanded.
No SMS details send regarding Bus No.
Call received from bus driver at boarding point and boarded the bus (Bus No. MH 38 5899), I surprise to sea that the bus is not Khurana but the name is "SHABRIJ KHURANA". Due to pre decided scheduled I have boarded the bus.
There is no curtains and bedsheets are there in bus. Said bus is not at par with any long distance bus I travelled before by Khurana. Seat height is leveled with floor where all shoes and sleepers are kept.
After 1 hour of journey bus breakdown with some technical error. It's 1 hour past and repair is still in process. I talked to bus driver and cleaner they confirmed that this bus is not actual bus but some replacement. This is bus is for use of local or on other Root's.
No information provide by Khurana for such replacement and low category bus is a cheating and crime. Make My Trip also not confirmed for any said action. Please take necessary action. Regards,

Khurana is a costly and poor travel service available to connect Marathavada with other cities of nation.
Khurana team is so arrogant with travellers. The buses are often uncomfortable.
Many times they do not even stop at the expected stops and argue with the travellers.
Khurana travels is the only private travel service available in Marathvada region.
There is no competition as of now to Khurana hence they enjoy the monopoly.
We do not have any other option other than this bludy hopeless travel agency.

We are traveling in the khurana travel from pune to hingoli.
Travel no. 3699 non ac vehicle, this travel has stopped near Aurangabad in the morning 2:30 am due to some problem now its 6:50 am but not any alternate travel has managed or neither travel staff is answering whats going on here, we have big loss of our time and money as well.
Requested khurana travels higher authority to look into this issue and give a proper facilities to the passengers.

Todays on dated[protected].MH 13 P- 2899.I am traveling parbhani to nagpur.but the service is too much poor as much expected . mobile charging point is not working and the volunteervalso not communicate properly .so overall bad experience.

On 25th oct, i have booked the 3 tickets online of khurana travels.
We have been waited to 5-6 hours for the bus but then in sangamwadi office (Khurana office) they informed that your bus was cancelled. (Please take strict action against on khurana travels)
I request you please provide my refund.

Staff is rude ... Tollefree Number also supporting staff. My sister Booked Parcel as on 13 Nov 2018 but When i visited Pune F.C Road Office the parcel Office Boy has told that Parbahni Office has not send yet after two days they are saying same.. After verifying with Prabhani office they said that Parbhani office has send the parcel on same day.. Pune Office boy rudely .and say why are usi g our use service of other travels like sharma and other travels .

Diver and co diver compulsate us to get out from travels for break other wise we want to lock the travels
Please tell them thouse are not interested to get out from travels who already had eat something why they compelset to all for eat something and why they are off ac in bus and lock the bus

I was travelling from parbhani to pune with my sisters. I had booked three tickets but some reason i want to cancelled one ticekt i went to khurana office near bus stand parbhani & asked them to cancel one ticket. They said we will cancel it but you will not get money back. I decided to keep three tickets & travel but your agent ask me if you want to cancel ticket i will cancel but i will take 300 rs. I asked him to sell ticket give me money back. He said he will give me money after 30 minutes. After 30 minutes i meet that boy & asked for money he said i will pay you when travel will come. I said to him if you wana buy give me money now otherwise i will not sell my ticket. He didn't reply me then after at night when i reached office to go pune he meets me said i have sold your ticket to someone & he is here to pay you. I said you didn't reply at afternoon when i asked you. I told him i will not sell my ticket now.
He said must sell to me then after that man & agent come to me asking for ticket i said i will not sell i had paid money for that & i don't want to sell now. Then he call to manager & manager was so rude & abuse me. He stopped travel for 30 minutes & said we will not allow to go this bus. I was unable to fight with them because my sister was with me.
After three days i went to khurana office i aksed for manager & that boy.
That boy came i asked him what was wrong with you on that day. He said sorry.
I talked with manager ask him to come here but didn't come to meet me & said sorry. Careless manager & staff was there they don't need customers satisfaction they need only money.
Khurana service is so bad they are careless.
In my life i will not dare to travel with family in shabriz khurana travels.

Cleaner was drunken,

On dated 17/3/2018 booked the above ticket online though paytm towards pune from karanjalad. But at around 5:00pm on same day there was call from khurana travels that bus was cancelled and i have to book other bus for travel and your ticket amount will be refunded in your account within next 7 working days. But still date amount is not refunded. Please kindly refund the amount otherwise i have no option to go in consumer court. Please do the needful.

Such a bad service of this bus service.. Please don't choose this.. The bus time from mhada colony nagpur was 4pm but few passengers were given incorrect timing of 5.30 due to which bus got delayed.. Such a pain.. Worst experience.. Will not travel or recommend to anyone.. Want my refund immediately..

We are traveling from amravati to hydrabad date[protected] at shabri khurana travels tickets up & down book at amravati city we reach at hydrabad our dauther drop at collage acdami and return back from shabri khurana date[protected] my wife and my 7 years old son waiting up to 10:30 but nobody say what happen but other company travel driver call to your driver then he said that travel waa cancelled but not single information from your side and no one relative at hydrabad so my wife waking at hotel at 11 o clock and we are very afire when my family return but i am assuring that this kind of hopeless service i am going legal matter again you so waiting your reply

I had booked 2 tickets with Khurana Travels online via red bus app for Nagpur Nashik journey on 27th July. I was told by Khurana Travels that the bus was cancelled due to breakdown on the day of the journey. On enquiry I was told I would get a refund online within 3 days but I have not got a refund yet. Attaching SMS from Khurana Travels informing about cancellation of the bus.

I have booked a ticket of ac sleeper coach. I paid 1200 rs. For that. I have got non ac bus. They said that the bus got failed. The operator has refunded amount to some people but i have not received refund of that. And bus operator is denying to provide refund. Pnr no[protected]. This is very bad service of khurana travels. They are looting people. They are charging 1200 rs. For ac bus from pune to nanded. And cheating us by providing non ac bus. They are showing fake bus on online website. This is very disgusting service. Also that bus had no window for my seat. Window was covered by plywood.

Very poor service. There was no conductor on the bus and while boarding i asked to keep my luggace in the back of the bus they kept it without any marking on it as which bag belongs to whom, when asked to mark the driver was very rude and said we don't care about your luggage and when i asked other authorities for it they too denied about it.

They will soon ruin their business.
Hats off to Prasanna and Sharma travels they are much much more better than this

The bus i m boarding in has the vehicle registration number MH38 F 4599 which is from Pune to Nanded.
The date of my journey is 22 May 2017 and boarding from Sangamwadi Parking, 9:30PM

Last month(Sept. 2016), I travelled from Pune to Amravati with Khurana Multiaxle Volvo Sleeper(MH-40 Y-1491).Boarding was from sangamwadi(Departure:9:00pm but departed 9:30pm).Driver took nearly two hours to get out of pune as he was taking parcels from various locations.(Even there was a parcel of Bike).When I reached my destination I found heavy parcel kept on my Bag(My laptop Screen got Damaged).When I asked Driver and cleaner about these Their Behaviour was very Rude and they started Shouting(We dont care you travel with Khurana from Onward 's or not).As i was well Known about the Khurana Travel's Service, I used to prefer them, but hereafter please don;t go with the Brand name.

I used to travels washim to nagpur by khurana travels from past 3 monts and evry time water bottle was provided by them in bus so today also i assume that they will provide the water to passengers but as i bord on bus and ask for water bottle they denid to provide, when i ask reason conductor was shouting. I called help line no but did not get any solution. I will definitely lodge complaint againt this

I am frequent traveller and since last 5 years i have always preferred khurana as they were comparatively better than others initially and got used to of it..
Last couple of journeys were already unpleasant but what happened today was really shocking and disappointing for me.
This time they allowed many illegal passengers between in pune to parbhani AC bus(shabrij) causing disturbance to other passengers. When i complained to driver about this he became high and told me
Driver: "take my boss's number, talk to him" . "you want to know my name?"
Me: "i don't need it, i will talk directly to your boss"
Driver: "remember you have to travel with us, not our bosess, so be careful!"
What does he mean? Isn't it a clear threatening?
And this happened in most elite and expensive bus amongst there, so if they use this kind of language with elite passengers!

Since this is a clear threatening, i am thinking to consult advocate to sue them.
Will try to never travel again with khurana.. Now we have many good options

The Bus Service of Khurana travel is very poor as the destination reach time was of 6am over the travel yaari website while booking and the travel has reached pune by 12.30 PM its almost 6 hrs delay.
The bus has been stopped at several locations for more than an hour and the service boy has picked up the passengers from almost all the cities.
And the service boy and the bus staff was very rude and arrogant in behavior instead of having females in bus they where continuously using the bad words which is very pathetic they don't have the way to treat the Female passengers as well.
Over all ride from Khurana Travels is very Miserable

I made online booking of khurana travels from pune to nanded. Later on due to some problems i had to cancel it and i did it online. My money did not get refunded. I had been making numerous calls but to no avail personnel at khurana travels are not responding. They are just prevaricating giving me flimsy excuses. People at khurana travels are earning such black money they should now reform. Such hard-earned money would not be of any one's benefit. This is the way khurana travels is robbing off consumers

Hello, I had a booked a ticket with Khurana Travels through their website.My pnr no. is 15072393.I booked the ticket on 19th Oct 2010.due to some health reasons i am unable to travel so i opted for cancellation based on the terms & conditions of cancellation of the travel.i initiated the process on 3rd Nov 2010. I was denied a cancellation of the ticket saying it it was a non refundable bus.

The terms & conditions for cancellation have not been updated for the same.

Looking forward to your help. I have attached the ticket in the mail.

Buses run by Khurana Travels are in worst condition. No maintenance at all. Bus breakdown happens very frequently. Response from their office is pathetic. If they are charging so much they should provide good service. Understand public problems.
The same has been experienced by so many.
