Kids World — Books Delivery not completed

One person came to my chamber on dated 10/09/2012 and said that subscription of some books can be done. i have booked 3 books - magic pot, colorbook and vigyan pragati.
he gave me 2 receipt and one email address is given there, one phone no. is also given.

the person said that books will be delivered within 10 days after registering my address in to their data.
i tried that no. and send mail also but mail id is not available and phn no. is switched off.
i have submitted rs. 1000 for all the books. i have 2 receipt, rs 500 each.
i dont know how to identify that person now.
