[Resolved]  Kids World — Refund balance pending since Aug 2010

I had purchased a baby dress of Rs 550/- (paid thro credit card) from a shop called Kids World on Aug 19th 2010 from the dealer Govindbhai having his shop in Mulund West just outside the station and then returned it due to being under size. He promised to do so but when i went the very next day he had closed shop and packed off to his hometown . Another shop now functions at this location.I somehow managed to get his number from the shop landlord and have been following up with him for the dress or cash back but he has constantly been making vague promises and till date has not returned my money.

Pls help or guide me how i can get my refund asap since it is frustrating to follow up for this without the dealer taking me seriously. I even told him that i will go and complaint to the consumer court and he said "go and do whatever you want !!" His mobile number is [protected]
