I have purchased KINETIC NOVA 135 scooter on 31-July'07 from M/s. Mehta Automobiles Pvt. Ltd Indore vide their Invoice # 24110 dated 31-July-07 with grate hope enthusiasm
Instead of happy riding from day one it has become nightmare for me
It has become my duty to visit to your dealer regularly for some or other trouble of my scooter; some of the problems are described below:
A) Till date I have not received the guard frame of tail lamp(which is the part of free accessories)
B) Very next day of purchased I observed huge consumption of petrol & took the vehicle to dealer and the mechanic found the leakage in fuel hose and replace the same
C) Within four days of first servicing I observed the silencer was shaking and took the vehicle to dealer and got it tight
D) The left side signal indicator also is not working since beginning, the mechanic has cut the wiring sleeve completely and rap insulation tape, after taking out the vehicle the signal stop working, on next visit the mechanic suggest to replace the wiring on my own cost
E) The dealer didn't honor for second service as due day was over for one week
F) One fine morning I found the handle was not rotating freely and took the scooter to your dealer end, where he found the steel balls were missing, he has issued a slip for Rs.50/- and after contacting your factory personnel he has withdraw the charges
G) Three days back I found the circuit box was hanging on silencer pipe and took the scooter to the dealer, where the mechanic rapped the circuit box and the rubber bracket with simple insulation tape without replacing the same
H) Today again I observed that the handle is not rotating freely, since next two days is holiday I have no other option wait till Monday.
Please note that my son is appearing his 1st year examination and has to manage to attend examination by other means of transport.
Now I have become totally fed up and found myself cheated, also lost the confidence on this product
Request you to arrange for the replacement of the vehicle, alternatively I have no other option to go for legal proceeding
Your early action to this matter is highly solicited
