[Resolved]  Kinetic Nova 135 — Batters Problems and Misbehaviour of Showroom Guys

Dear Sir/Madam, I had been servicing my bike with Unicorn Auto for quite sometime now, the vehicle is hardly 1 and half year old it is a kinetic nova 135, ez1620 is the registration number of karnataka.Now, the problem is the vehicle is not starting.Defenitely a problem with the batter, i asked your guys to come and pickit up, they did so, now they are asking me i have to 1600 rupees and replace the battery, do you think i am mad?, it is the duty of your technicians to make sure that battery is well maintained at good condition each time i send it for a service.This time even i have send the vehicle for just a service plus battery correction.Your great technician Mr.Matthew o[censored]nicorn Motors at Domlur is telling the fault is mine.He was talking as if there is no water available in karnataka for which, i will remove the battery and drink distilled water!!! that was the tone in which Mr.Mathew Was responding.I dont care a damn even if Mr.Mathew Read this mail of mine.I want justice.And plus all that the biggest insulting statement from him is that, "the battery life of kinetic nova 135 is just 15 months", can i ask you one small thing, are you selling balloons, which will loose its air in 2 days.Question is to kinetic, why at all on earth are you producing a machine which has just 15 months battery life, plus Mr.Matthew is saying me, you have never told us there is a complaint to the battery, when 2 times i myself have given the bike there in unicorn telling complaints about battery, but he is telling me there is no such history of battery complaint it seems, Where should i go and bang my head.I would want you guys to give me a proper response to this.I am not so rich to be paying whatever crap money he keep on asking me, where were these guys when i was giving the bike there previous on more than 7 occassion, why do they hesitate to tell the customer, that look sir your battery is in bad condition.Anyway it was funny to hear that a battery on a kinetic machine dont last for more than a 1and half year !!! i feel like laughing crawling on the ground.Try employing some freshers from good mechanical engineering colleges, they might better skilled than your great technicians country wide, i dont know how, kinetic end up getting awards every year ??? anyway that is not my concern and above Mathew dont know abcd of manners, he is screaming on top of voice of the customer, how dare he, teach him some good manners guys, plus he is telling me unless and until i comedown to the showroom personally and compromise with him on goddamn meeting he wont start service work it seems.What manners have you taught your showroom guys!!! Poor, I Really pitty this attititude, we expect better quality and respect to the customer at kinetic, otherwise it is of no use even you produce a bike that function like a rocket travelling to mars.
