I have purchased the scooter August -2008. from your dealer M/s BALU KINETIC, NELLORE, NELLORE DIST. ANDHRAPRADESH

I am totally dissatisfied with the performance of the scooter and after sale service. I am disappointed mainly with the following points:-

1. Average mileage of the scooter has been taken @30Kms per Liter only (since beginning) on good roads, as claimed by you @45-50 Kms per liter.



this is important thing .

Sir, after sale service of dealer is very unsatisfactory. When we complaint to him regarding bad performance of the scooter, he has replied badly and told us to make reference to the company, instead of checking the malfunction

Please take immediate action, otherwise no option will be left with us than to go to CONSUMER COURT.

I have purchased the scooter August -2008. from your dealer M/s BALU KINETIC, NELLORE, NELLORE DIST. ANDHRAPRADESH

I am totally dissatisfied with the performance of the scooter and after sale service. I am disappointed mainly with the following points:-

1. Average mileage of the scooter has been taken @30Kms per Liter only (since beginning) on good roads, as claimed by you @45-50 Kms per liter.

2. Scooter lock is not working well. It is not smooth, key get stuck in the lock many times.

3. Scooter battery totally failure. i handover to battery to dealer one month back. show room person told this is not my responsbility, after purchasing the schooter iam suffering so many problem facing from dealer.

battery till date not yet received.

this is important thing .

I have purchased the scooter on 23.10.2008from your dealer M/s Balu Kinetic, Nellore . (Andhrapradesh)

I am totally dissatisfied with the performance of the scooter and after sale service. I am disappointed mainly with the following points:-

1. Average mileage of the scooter has been taken @30Kms per Liter only (since beginning) on good roads, as claimed by you @50 Kms per liter.

2. Battery totally failure. I inform about this issue to company dealer last one month back. Now not yet received battery without battery my family memembers driving and suffer. I asked to dealer he not responsed to my words. I got careless answer from dealer.

After sales service for this scooter is very bad.
The showrrom persons are not at all responding properly to our complaints.
The mileage is too poor. (only 30 km/l)
I had some problems with the show room persons during purchase as well.

The showroom is Eswari Motors, Adyar, Chennai.
My name is D. Madhulatha, and I bought Kinetic Flyte Sym on 7/4/08, till day i got it serviced seven times every time with my complaint of vehicle's mileage around 15 to 20, where when i bought the vehicle the promised mileage was 55. Day 1 i was addressing this issue, they say from now on it will be giving more, but i see no improvement in the vehicle's mileage. i get it serviced at Sri Surya Wheels Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad.

They give some lame excuses like petrol gets evaporated on a daily basis, you may not be driving properly, you are watching in a wrong view so you cannot see the mileage properly and sort of.

Sometimes, they say even that they will give me a call when some so-called service engineer from company arrive. Please do the needful.
