We have purchased Kinetic Sym Flyte from Sri Surya Wheels, near ESI Bus Stop, Hyderabad in April' 2008. Sincel last 3 months we found that there is leakage of petrol from the bottom of the petrol tank. We have approached the show room to rectify the problem since it is under warranty for 3 years. After getting repaired from the show room the same problem is repeated and requested them to look into the matter seriously. They accepted that the petrol tank should be replaced with spare which was presently not available ready with them. They asked us to wait for a week but Since last 2 months we are waiting for the petrol tank to come. Presently we are un able use the vehicle due to leakage of petrol. Every time the M/s. Surya Wheel is saying that they are waiting for the petrol tank. Please advise us in this regard.
