King Fisher airlines — refunds

i will attached the ticket
I have book a ticket with pnr no HWDVTE for. Rajal dani, shruti dani, palak dani but at the airport there staff had told that this ticket is not booked for shruti dani and tell me to book a new tiket for shruti dani and I had book a new ticket pnr no. JAECJA for rs.5379.
after that when i call to them they told me that this is our mistake & they will refund the amount to me
but after 3 months they have not refund me

pl refund this amount into my credit card as early as possible
I hane sent this types of mail 5 times to the below email id

& I had also call them atleast 50 times within 2 months
but they are not attending my call or make my call on hold or not replying me properly and they have told that there managers are in meeting etc etc.

so I requessted you to take a strict action against kingfisher airlines on behalf of me so that i will get my payment & after that they are not make this type of behavior to the public of Inida
