Kingfisher Airlines — Charged me incorrectly for cabin baggage

I had flight on 23rd Sept 2011in Kingfisher airlines flight no.IT 3176. and I have international transfer from mumbai upto germany. At that time I am carrying on main luggage of 23 Kg, one cabin baggage of 12 Kg and one laptop backpack. The size and weight of all baggages are as per international flights travel rules and regulation. At that time when I informed person at Kingfisher check-in counter at ahmedabad that I have international transfer from mumbai to germany, that person allow me to put my main luggage as well cabin luggage free of charge without any fees. But when I came back from Germany on 23 Dec 2011, I have same domestic connection Mumbai to Ahmedabad in IT 0171, I have one extra luggage of 32 Kg apart from the luggage I carried in Ahmedabad to Mumbai flight. Though I have already paid 75 Euro for this luggage in Airfrance for my whole transfer I am ready to pay for the extra luggage of 32 Kg, but the person sitting on check in counter at Mumbai airport told me that you are not allowed to take the same cabin baggage with in flight as it was bigger than size allowed in domestic airlines, though I told them that I am coming form Internation flight and I had carried same handbag as cabin bag while my transfer from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. But the person sitting there not considered my points, and forcefully I have to paid 6600Rs. for my cabin baggage with 12Kg. of weight and for my additional luggage of 32 Kg. I had found same sized many hand luggages in the same flight. So I found that I was being cheated bt airlines and have to paid 1800 Rs. for cabin baggage of 12 Kg. So I want to request you that please take neccessary action in this.
