Kingfisher Airlines — Kingfisher ticket cancellation amount not refunded

I am Raja. I have cancelled the Kingfisher airline ticket on 23rd November 2011. The ticket number is '[protected]'.
The PNR number is MFHUOL. And the cancellation reference number is[protected].

Still (08/02/2012) I have not got the cancellation refund amount back. Regarding this, I have spoke to the customer care people and send an email also. But everyone is saying amount is processed. When i check with my bank, they said they have not got any such amount.

Kindly do the needful.
