[Resolved]  Kingfisher Airlines Ltd — Lady transport vendor at Kolkata not paid after availing service and a move to destroy her business by KFA officials.

Complaint of Corruption against M/S Kingfisher Airlines Ltd, for not paying the legitimate dues in spite of several request/reminders and a move to destroy my business for not paying bribe to KFA officials .

As I am a transport vendor for M/S Kingfisher Airlines Ltd, Kolkata and transporting all the commercial staff along with Captain Crew and Cabin Crew movement in and around city Kolkata.

My self Smt Papun Bhattacharya of Kolkata ,a lady transporter at Kolkata , catering transportation service since long to the different Airlines and Star Hotels with the premium branded car.

Kingfisher Airlines Ltd made a transportation contract with my firm M/S Swastik Engineers, Kolkata with a validity for 3 years wef 01.01.2011 to 31.12.2013 for both the category of operation , namely commercial service and crew captain service. Since long the payment was not forthcoming .The the then Admin official of Kolkata Airport (Kingfisher Airlines Ltd) asked me to bribe him Rs 50000/= which I refuse to pay, make him arrogant and revengeful to stop/halted our service illegally with the help of Transport in-charge Sri Ravi Krishnamurty of M/S Kingfisher Airlines Ltd , HO Mumbai , and illegally reinstate a tainted black listed vendor against some personal benefit. This matter I personally informed/reported to Sri Rajib Suri , CAO of M/S Kingfisher Airlines Ltd,HO Mumbai ,But no action so far initiated for the issue.

This tainted vendor now running the show with a less number of cars and with all old & bad conditioned car , excess billing was made with showing full strength of cars and a looting is going on. This matter is also , I bought to the notice of KFA higher authority ,but later on I heard this vendor is taking the name of Central Ministers and who is also told a many that, he maintain a good relations with Sri Praful Patel and Sri Shahnawaz Hussian and dare to do whatever he likes.

Now I am helpless and facing a terrible financial hardship for non-payment of our dues since long. We have availed Bank loan against our cars, due to non payment of EMI to the Bank, our position are deteriorating very badly. I don’t know what to do now,the damage done by this corrupt official of KFA is not repairable.

Now, how it is possible to suppress / ignore the facts of valid Transportation Agreement and disobey the clauses there on. The violation of agreement does not show the positive attitude towards the society and ultimately inviting of complication / defaming of the name, which is not at all desirable from any side of the beneficiaries.

I preferred this medium of consumer grievance as because I am now reached to the last part of the wall of patience and through this appeal I draw the kind attention of Dr Vijay. Mallya, who is the owner of M/S Kingfisher Airlines Ltd (UB Group),who is a renowned personality and one business magnet of our nation .

I am once again hopeful that my grievance will be set right and I will be survived with respect and recognition.
