Kingfisher Airlines — no given refund

Myself Mr.Nitin Chaskar had gone for a round trip with three other persons from pune to delhi on 12feb 2012 &return on 17 feb 2012 by kingfisher airlines . Of which return fare through kingfisher airlines frm delhi to pune flight was delayed for more then 12 hrs after getting flight arranged they told us that 14seats are less in flight so those who 'll adjust with us we 'll return there money and arrange some other way to send us to pune after giving us endorrsment later of full repayment by the way how payment is done they arrange us in mumbai flight and frm there to pune.
After getting here even after continous follow up by our agent as he says to co. And thats frm me to agent still had not got the refund.
Agent was- Humsafar tours and travels.

Now after continous follow up to agent we contact coustomer care who answers very roudly that we cant get so back record u ask ur agent only and agent says there is still no refunds so plz lodge the complain and help me to get money back with interest.
