i was surprised by the behaviour of kingfisher staff at pune airport on 31 may 09. I had travelled along with my wife and child from mumbai to pune and was surprised to find out that we had to ourself carry all the luggage on arrival from the tarmac to the airport arrival. There were no one to help us, we were told to identify and carry our luggage without trolleys and porters from the runway all the way out. And i am not complaining of the delays and failure of kingfisher to inform me.I am surprised at kingfisher being voted no1 in india !!! Was this information helpful? |
Scheduled departure time of flight was 11.45 AM and i reported here at 10.30AM as per DGCA rules. But when I reached here I came to know that flight is delayed by more than 3 and half hours. It was not reported to any customer by SMS or by calling through phone.
So all have arrived at Airport including some foriegn nationals. When we reach here they told us if you can go back please go and come back at 2.30PM, but since most of the customers were not residing in Vijayawada, so they opted to stay at Airport which is 35 Kms away from main city and with minimal facilities.
All the passengers were deeply pained for this delay as it has disturbed every bodies program.
I mean if we are delayed by 5minutes some time they refuse to issue the boarding passes, now it was a delay of more than 3 and half hours but there is no message till 10.30 from Airlines.
Kindly let me know what we can do in such cases to safe guard the rights of passengers.
