not allowed to board

Inspite of being one hour prior to my Chennai flight on 29th Oct 2010, me and my family of 5 members were not allowed to board the flight saying that we were late, by Kingfisher Red airlines..We were unnecessarily made to wait thereby delaying us further and later claiming that we had to report atleast 40minutes prior to the flight…This is a clear case of over booking and cheating done by Kingfisher Red airlines which claims to give good...

Mis-Management of flights

I had booked a connecting flight through Make My Trip Mumbai - Hyderabad, Hyderabad - Delhi. Mumbai Hyderabad flight was through Kingfisher Red and Hyderabad Delhi was through Air India.

Both the Air lines were aware of the connecting flight status. Kingfisher Red flight was (Scheduled arrival at Hyderabad was 20.05 and the departure of Air India was scheduled at 21.30 hours. And considering this we had gone ahead to book...

Self towing of luggage from aircraft on arrival

Sir,
i was surprised by the behaviour of kingfisher staff at pune airport on 31 may 09. I had travelled along with my wife and child from mumbai to pune and was surprised to find out that we had to ourself carry all the luggage on arrival from the tarmac to the airport arrival. There were no one to help us, we were told to identify and carry our luggage without trolleys and porters from the runway all the way out. And i am not complaining...

Ticket Refund after flight cancellation

My flight IT 3171 Pune - Cochin was cancelled on 23 Jan 09. On Mumbai airport I got the voucher number[protected] having remarks - full amnt to b refndd for pnq bom as fgt xcld. It was told within 14 days of travel amount will be credited to the card from which ticket was booked. Today is 10 feb 09 no money is credited. When called to airline call center at[protected] multiple times it was told that they need to get in touch with concerned...
