I was purchaged kisan vikash patra from DALTONGANJ post office and its maturity date was 24/03/2009.when i go to nearest post office BARKATHA(Hazaribagh), then there post master refuge to pay me.I was many times application apply to withdrawls of money.But post master cannot be payment till now.

kisan vikas patra — harrasment during getting maturity amount
my kvp matured on 16/03/2010(97cc746742) at chb post oficce cuttack i felt harrased as they didnot gave me cash and after i was asked to take a cheque which was also not given asking me to come after two days
