I ordered Godrej Interio Kitchen and Wardrobe from Klassic Interiors for 2 flats. In mid-October 2011 they came to take measurement. After several follow-ups I got the estimate from them. On 1st Novemeber, went to their office to make payment for kitchen for the 2 flats (paid 50%advance). For wardrobe they wanted to re-measure and then give the quotation. This took a while again. Kitchen installation was promised to be completed within 3-4 days after delivery which was promised to happen in 4-6 weeks. Wardrobe also was expected to be delivered by around the same time. Immediately after getting the delivery confirmation, I went to make the balance payment (100% paid for both Kitchen and Wardrobes) but when the material was sent to my flat, noticed that there were missing items in both flats and both items. Called up the sales guy and he had no clue, he promised that he will come the next day at 11AM to check and get the work started. Next morning when I arrived and waited for 2 hours and followed up, he told me there were no technicians available and he can't support me. I live 30kms away from where the site is and I took the day off to get this work done. they did not have the courtesy to inform, forget themselves, even after I called several times. Then I was told to talk to the store manager. He is a very soft spoken "rude" guy. He will give you a lot of respect and show a picture as if he will complete the job "yesterday" but nothing happens as he is not even aware of what the issue is. Everytime I explain to him as if it is a new issue. I have spoken to the MD of the company several times and text messaged him too but only promise no action. They messed up the measurement, the actual order and layout of what and how we wanted and by when it was needed. They took money and ate it up without the proper completion. Even today after 7 months of paying first instalment and placing the order, my kitchen is incomplete. One of the doors is of a different colour and they have not replaced it. They do not care to complete it. I do not have the final statement of actual cost as they charged for the wrong measurement and never refunded me the money charged in excess. I have sent emails asking for the same several times but they chose not to respond, I am not sure how Godrej tolerates this. I want to claim refund of my whole invoice amount as compensation for the trauma and hardship caused to me and my family.
