[Resolved]  Klassic Interior — Faulty installation of Modular Kitchen and Wardrobe

We have paid complete amount of approx 2.35 lacs for a modular kitchen and 7 door wardrobe with loft. During installation (28May-31May), the technicians found out that the loft wont fit in the available area because there was an error during measurement. Besides this, the kitchen is fitted in a very weird manner like some amateur - there is considerable difference in heights of the tall unit and the wall mount making it look disgusting. The concealing/ skirting at the bottom is put such that there is a good gap of 20mm between the concealer and the ground unit. The Tall unit is tilted and the drawer below the tall unit does not close fully. Since then, the Interio Franchisee (Mr Sankar Ganesh [protected]) is not taking our call. I have not made the payment for the granite installation because I feel that if I pay that, then they will give up complete responsibility of their wrong doing. Please take this matter on priortiy - we had trusted Godrej as we have been used to this brand name. But such horrible service will not keep this trust for long. Regards Mithun Nayak [protected]
