Hi,This is to alert all the people not to buy any thing through INDIA book club today offer. Customer care representative called me and sold this product through the phone. At the time he told me that product rate is 2000 rs less than the Market price , but actual market price is less than the price I brought, which I came to know later. And also they promised me that they will send some gift along with the product, but they have not send the gift. Then later I have called customer care they told me to claim through the net using the unique number, even that number is also not working. More over if I call customer care I have to spent more than rs 100 since it always busy. Please do not buy anything in India book club today offer

Kodak — customer care
kodak is a third class company with third class products and having a third class useless customer care support.oh god why i bought a kodak camera.i[censored] want to suffer mentally then only purchase kodak items...because after that only god can help you to get any service.oh jesus please help those people who without thinking purchase kodak products.amin...I bought a kodak camera and new camera was faulty. I returned it for repair or replacement to kodak office.And after 50days iam not sure when i will get my camera back.i talked to thier customer care office at least 25times but they have only one answer - sir it will be repkaced in 4-5days ...and when thier 4-5days will complete even god dont knows.
It is my request to all indian public please dont purchase any kodak item if you dont want mental tension.....
God please help me.....
