Refrigerator was ordered on the 28/10/2010, bill clearly states that it will be delivered by the 30 Oct 10 and the colour requested was Pink blossom, as the delivery was not received on 30th my dad called up Kohinoor almost 2 - 3 times to inquire the senior executive claimed that Pink blossom is not available we will deliver it on the 31st still the item was not delivered, we again called Kohinoor to check the status they said it will be delivered on the Monday.we again called on Monday the lady claimed that there is shortages of tempo due to which it is not delivered it will be delivered by 20:30 today i.e; Monday 1st Nov.
Again they failed to deliver it so again called them at 21:00 Excecutive Roopali said Fridge has left in Tempo it will arrive by 21:30 or 22:00, which did not arrive we were waiting till 23:00 it means that the lady lied to us or has avoided us or they have delivered the item to some other customer.
We called the Head office & Kohinoor on the 2nd, 1st spoke to Naushad who started refusing that while booking the fridge we did not specify about colour which has caused delay, but the bill clearly states that we have ordred Pink blossom.Then we called up the Head office to report that Naushad is blaming us that we gave wrong information so the lady Shruti kept us on conference call with Naushad who then strated claiming that i did not say anything about colour he was denying the fact, then he said that the fridge will be delivered by 20:00 today so we ordered him send the delivery by 17:00 but he refused & he did not even feel to apologise or explain us the fact which was annoying.
Just for one delivery we had to call Kohinoor & the head office more then 10 times inspite of doin the ayment & by explaining everything it has spoiled our Diwali festival & as caused delay in arranging everything.
