I had buyed kodak smart TV from your poisar, borivali west showroom. Your showroom representative Rakesh sold the TV informing that you will be able to download app from app store but person who came for demo he told us that only inbuilt app can be use & there is no option to download app in this TV. Since last 15 days we had visited 4 times to showroom and spoked with manager Bipin Bhai & reply from their side is that we will let know once our head office will reply on email we had sent to them . Kindly take initiative and solve our issue. We want to replacement of our Tv.

    There was a post I put up in 2016 on your Fb page for a good experience I’ve always had.
    I’ve had a relationship with kohinoor since 2012
    But this is d 1st tym kohinoor as a brand has disappointed us

    Purchased a Tcl 55inch on 23rd Dec ‘22 frm d kandivali branch
    & it’s not even been 5 mths & d tv isn’t working

    Since d past week I’ve been in tch with pranali frm kohinoor kandivali & still d tv will b repaired only day after(I thought customers come first but no1 is bothered to get bk to me on the status of my grievance.everyday we have to call kohinoor)

    This is d worst experience I’ve had ever since

    Very disappointed with the after sales service & dnt think v will ever want to cme bk or recommend kohinoor to any1 ever again

    Nelson was always so helpful & prompt(always keeping us informed of any offers or taking care of any of our grievances) but guess ever since he’s not here kohinoor has not lived upto it’s promises

      This mail with regards to the washing machine bought it from kohinoor electronics at andheri west link road Opp to citi mall on dated 9th Nov 2018.

      Mr Ali is a very good Salesman he explained me every features about the whirlpool washing machine which intent to purchased. I would like to bring your notice that after billing happened then he pitched me extended warranty which I thought it would be whirlpool...

      I bought the latest samsung sound bar from kohinoor and the installation guy from samsung has installed the bar on the wall which is completely tilted explanation given that the sound bar is heavy and the bracket samsung has given does not support the sound bar weight.
      Not just that the technician has installed the bar has put a big Crack on the marble and had left without even informing us. My whole wall is been spoiled because the samsung guy didn't know how to install.
      Have been following them ever since but the whole blame of breaking the wall is on me and not on them cause it didn't get a professional from outside to install whereas kohinoor says complete installation will be done by samsung but they are so unprofessional.

      80k sound bar has costed me anothet 80k or more of my wall unit.

        I have purchased a Samsung UHD LED Model No. UA43BU8000-43" from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt. Ltd., Chembur branch. The Sales Executive Nadeem Shaikh had shown me 55" LED as 43" was not on display and he even didn't inform me that Samsung LED has very low volume and for high volume I will have to use speakers. If I was informed about this at the time of booking I wouldn't have shown any interest in Samsung. The distance between LED and sofa in my house is just 2.5 feet and even on 100 volume we are not able to hear clearly. I had visited the Chembur branch to launch complaint but the Manager was very rude and he said that the LED will neither be exchanged nor replaced by any other brand. I am facing too much volume issue and not satisfied with the LED. I request you to please look into the matter and help me come out of this problem. I also request you to check the staff and Manger of Chembur branch as their behaviour is spoiling the image of Kohinoor Chembur branch

            I purchased the HP Printer from your store on 09/01/2022 and I was attended to by Mr. Nitin KHAPRE Mob No. [protected]/[protected].
            Please find attached the Invoice for Rs. 23, 865.
            The machine was to be delivered next day but was given on 12th Jan 2022.
            The machine was not working from the moment it came. When we informed Mr Khapre, he sent the HP person for installation after 5 days of reminders.
            The Hp person checked and confirmed it is a hardware problem and the machine is not working and please find attached his report.
            When we informed Mr Khapre, he said he will send the HP technician to make a report and have the machine replaced with a new one or refund the money. The HP technician came and confirmed the printer is not working and recommended replacement as per his report attached.

            Even after that, Mr Khapre did not reply to our request to refund the money so we went to the Store on 21st Jan 2022 and returned the printer but even though it was 3.54pm, Mr Khapre was not in the Store and even though his colleague called him that customers are waiting, he took half an hour to come and though we asked for refund, he started insisting that we take a new printer which is not the same Model. He was very rude and said that refunds are very difficult and refused to help at all.
            So now you have my money as well as the faulty printer.

            This is very unprofessional of your company and if you have such employees as Mr Nitin Kharpe who is the IT head, i would never enter your store.
            I am the Director of Summit Healthcare Pvt Ltd and in the past 3 years I purchased a lot of Electronics for my 2 new houses. Even then, there was some hiccups but i let it go.
            But this rude behaviour is unacceptable when there are online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart where you get refunds with no questions asked.

            Request you to refund my money and take some action on your employee for all this trouble.

              Hi All,

              I bought 2 products from your shop on 8th Jan (Order id - ktpl - ORD[protected] & 70) with a sales promise to be delivered and installed in next 24 hrs.

              My frustration started when I started interacting with your team as Micro oven was delivered next day but did not get installed till next day noon and TV was not delivered by then also... beyond 36hrs.

              I called up your team on 10th noon to check for Micro oven installation and for delivery of TCL TV. I was given to understand by a leady called - Ms.Firdosh that it is a standard norm that the installation will happen after 48 hrs and TCL product will be delivered next day. For which I was not updated while purchasing and was committed different.

              Now the second issue started, on 11th evening when the engineer came and after installation of TV it was noticed that the screen is faulty one. This is the time when TCL engineer suggested to have a call log with kohinoor for replacement of TV. I spoke to Ms.Firdosh and it was told to me that Wednesday is off for go down and the product can be replaced only on Thursday (Today).

              Upon enquiry on today with her around 12.10 pm, she advised that the exchange delivery will happen not before Saturday. This is where we had an argument and she was quite loud and aggressive on defending her communication that it was to be delivered on Thursday and even told me that it is all recorded whatever we have spoken. Upon, asking her to transfer the call to floor manager, she kept me on hold for 5 mins in the pretext of transfer. On my second call to her, she again argued without any apology stating her floor manager is busy attending other client calls and the discussion flared up.

              My Concerns and complaint are :
              Does Kohinoor treat clients like this...I had never experienced since last 10 years with Kohinoor as a valued client.
              I am a respectable business man in Kandivali East and an NRI client. Do I deserve to hear like up country people treat.
              In spite of repeated request to tone down on her voice, she kept on arguing with me and tried proving her point multiple times...I even had to tell her that I can step in to the store in next 10 mins to face her erratic talk personally.
              Is this the way you handle client delivery escalation, where in the product delivered itself is a faulty one and should have been replaced immediate to avoid cancellation.
              What is the meaning of client call recording - by this statement, do you mean we are abusive client and you record to afraid us to raise our voice on concerns?
              I would request to know; do you have any police permission to record such conversation other than call center call. Which Indian Law allow Kohinoor to record such calls at store or any client calls for that matter?
              if yes, can I be updated with permission details and I will get the police to check the permission to Kohinoor and recoding facility. I would want your senior management, Police and Ms.Firdosh to run my conversation and we listen together to understand better.
              Finally, I was made to speak with Mr. Madnesh and he assured me to get back to us...we are awaiting to hear from him since last 1 hr.
              I do not wish to call Kohinoor - Kandivali store any more for service delivery and would like my payment to be revered so that i can buy from some other store. I would like to cancel this TCL TV based on faulty product and unaccepted service standards.
              With this note, I wish your business management and staffs all the very best for such a client service and would want some senior to speak to me now and reverse the transaction to my account or issue a cheque back to me by today afternoon.

                Windows are not Activating it is showing and error code - 0x8007007B i am trying to activate it but is still no Activating its is showing that we can't activate windows on this device as we cannot connect to your organization's activation server. Make sure you're connected to your organization's network and try again. if you continue having problems with activation contact your organization's support person

                  My TV is not working since 24Oct2021 and I am following up since 24OCT2021, Engineer visited on 27OCT and update me that the TVs display is gone and tomm from Kohinoor they call me and update me the status but no one had called me then i called your CS team on 30October2021 they update me that it will take 1 more week to update me the status since then i m trying your customer care but the no is only in voice mail and not connected to any of your CS team. from October end to till today that is November end from past 1 Month still My TV is not working request you to update me as as possible.                     I purchased top load samsung washing machine on 2.10.2021 with full down payment from borivali west branch which was delivered today at the evening. But after arrival i found that the boxing was already loosen and seems it was already opened. After unboxing i found that there was a dent on the washing machine which I informed that delivery guy and requested him to return it to the showroom and send me fresh non defected product. Then that guy immediately tried to open that machine from back side in front of me to repair that dent so that he can able to delivered it to another customer. I strongly objected on that and told him not to open it and send him back. It's a cheating with customer. Pl take strict action against such persons.

                        I have booked Samsung Microwave MWO MC28H5033CK on 15th of Aug2021. Product is still not delivered but its night mare to deal with their customer care. I have paid full payment. still product is not delivered and there is no response from Kohinoor Electronics Santacruz Branch.

                        Now, I am worried after reading review of delivery o[censored]sed product etc..

                          I have purchased washing machine from Kohinoor Electronics Mira road,
                          Model is Godrej Eon Allura 7 Kg at Rs.20, 100.
                          However the same machine with higher model 7.5 kg at Rs.17, 160 available at Vijay sales online.
                          Kohinoor charged very excess price, and on discussion they did not agree.
                          This very bad experience.

                              Kohinoor customer service are disconnecting my calls. They are selling faulty products but when we call 1st time they will ans and take your complain later than if you call them to know the complain status. They start disconnecting your call

                                    2Compliants were placed regarding my refrigerator issue. first one on 12th may, when there was no response n denied service, second one was placed on 24th may.. On 27th may I called up again n was informed that no service can be provided st my location due to covid protocol n multiple calls were made to me.. My area is being serviced by other brands n I have not received multiple calls as mentioned by Kohinoor rep. All of my products are from Kohinoor, just because the way after service is handled. Does not expected such un professional approach as against other prominent dealers.. Hope to receive appropriate solution.

                                      Never buy any Electronic products from Kohinoor. They supply used and OUTDATE products. I had purchased Ac from Kohinoor and in six months it has stopped working. There is no after sale service. Only at the time of purchasing the products they give false promises. Waste of money
