Dear Sir/Madam,
It's been over 1 month (since 18/12/2009), I have requested those BSNL BUGGERS
to activate my POWER CARD(Rate Cutter).
Everytime I 'm calling the BSNL Customer Care, they listen to my query and Hang Up the
call.
Once(Luckily),
I got those CUSTOMER CARE SENIOR EXECUTIVE(SUCHETA on 08/01/2010) &
SUPERVISOR (AMIT on 16/01/2010) on line, told them abt my problem
with my BSNL Complaint No and they said to me that
my Problem will be sorted out Soon,
If not they will call me in order to assist my query.
As stated above, I 'm waiting for a call from BSNL Customer Care since 08/01/2010 and
no body attended my Complaint yet.

My question is, How, How can I trust nyone, if the
Biggest MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER by GOVT of INDIA is treating me
like a Street Dog wen
calling them about the activation of a simple "POWER CARD of Rs.54.
I will be grateful to you, If you take look at my problem & sort it out at the best possible way.
