Infirst week of February, 2012 application for surrender of broadband 26411773 submitted to Accounts Officer Kolkata, Satyabala, Howrah in their drop box. I'm
In March they asked for last paid bill. Since the bill is being paid to through ECS to the debit of my a/c with UCO,Howrah paid bill can not be produced. However copy of bill for March send as it shows bill uptown February. Paid.
Thereafter they are silent _service not disconnected. Sending bills. I am a senior citizen and want to get rid of paying for broadband. Pl help, Was this information helpful? | 
KOLKATA TELEPHONES — faulty telephone and broadband for more than 2 months
Dear Sir,My Telephone with broad band connection[protected] is faulty (out of order) since 29/06/2011.Even though continuously requesting, no step has been taken by till now.
If you cannot rectify the fault of my line, kindly surrender my line return back my security deposit. Or you are requested not to deduct the rental charges of both landline and broad band for the faulty days.
