[Resolved] Koovs.com — worst customer service, sent broken product, doesn't care | |||
I'm just logging this to advise fellow friends to NEVER use services of koovs.com. Although they have good prices on items, once you get a defective product, then thats it - they literally have NO customer service. I made an order for a Milton flask - order 439762 but it arrived in BROKEN condition. See attached picture. I sent them a mail way back on Jan 17, since no one ever answers their customer service numbers. Always plays automated messages. After mailing 5 times, they finally responded saying: Dear Customer We really apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will arrange the reverse pick up for the wrong product, we will reship the correct product to you, however you ll be intimated about the same. Please be assured. Thanks & Regards Koovs.com However, nothing happened after that. After 2 weeks, and several more emails, they said this: Dear Rajorshi Biswas we can understand your concern. We requested the courier persons to do this already. Still they are making it delayed. Today also we sent a reminder on the same. We ll do this on priority. Kindly be patience and assured. Regards koovs.com Again, as you can expect, nothing happened. The final reply I got was on March 16th: Dear Rajorshi Biswas Sorry to the inconvenience caused. We will talk to courier and make sure by another 4 - 5 days. Regards YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT KIND OF CHEATS KOOVS.COM ARE! PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN SANITY, AVOID THEM!
