I have been asked to provide bank details multiple times and when i did not receive the refund they said that it has been issued earlier. When asked for transaction id nothing was given. My refund was supposed to be issued on 3 April 2023 and due to come issue I got a mail on 18 April 2023 from Koovs to provide new account details as the amount bounced from the bank account. I gave them the new details and on May 22 2023 when i again contacted the customer care service via email cause there are no answers when called on the phone. Their reply was that i refund was issued. I shared all the last email clarify no refund has been issued and they mailed me saying that the matter has been escalated to the concerned team. No response since then one of the worst shopping experiences!!

    I ordered a tights and returned it the next day. It’s a month now and I haven’t received any refund.

      Its been a month if I have returned my product on 15th April, but not received the refund. And already given my bank details on 27 April. Whenever I am giving mail, reply is coming like - "your refund is in process, we have escalated the request to our concerned team, waiting for confirmation, etc" . This is so much delay in processing a simple transfer to a bank a/c.

          I returned a trouser on 3rd May 2022, my order id is K305470. They were supposed to initiate a refund as soon as they received the product but they did'nt care to. I have been constantly mailing them at [protected]@k2retail.in, they replied to me once and after that they stopped. This unethical behaviour on their part is just unacceptable. I want them to mail me back and initiate the refund or i'll have to proceed legally.

            My money is stuck in koovs for 1.5months I purchased 4products cost ₹2577 from koovs they picked it up but didn't give my refund, for more than 1.5months I'm waiting for my refund when I call on koovs they do not receive also I mail them gave my account details but still they do not reply.

            This is a complete fraud app I'll never recomend anyone to shop on this site complete fraudulent .

              I placed an order on 15th April with Order id: K304707. I found the order is rejected on the Ekart website. No information from the KOOVS. Then I emailed KOOVS customer care and asked for my refund. Now, it's been months since I haven't received my refund. They replied with: You will get a refund when we get the product in our warehouse, which is clearly not my fault. Yet I've waited for it for a very long time.

                I have ordered a shirt and slides . The shirt I ordered was too big for me as it was M size so I made an exchange request for s size . The delivery partner had taken the product then it's been nearly 20 days after then they told that product has been reached out facility and initiating exchange .                   So i had ordered 2 shirts of XL size on 30th April and received them on 4th of May, after checking the size was a bit big so i raised an exchange for L size of both shirts. My return pickup was done on 5th May and since then there's no update on the app neither i received any message that the return pickup of the product is done. When will I get my exchanged product and how much time more it will take ?

                    This is wrt 04 items purchased from koovs.com . I have successfully returned two items the other two were non returnable. The return was successful ( they sent an email ) however I did not get my amount back in bank account. It’s been almost a month since the day of purchase . The customer care number provided is defunc and they don’t respond to customer emails !

                    Very bad service. I was a regular customer did expect this response. Even the quality of products has gone down drastically. Very cheap quality clothes being sold here

                      Not getting refund for my order

                      I ordered blue A line slit dress from koovs on 11th of December. And on 17th of December i received the parcel and when i opened my parcel i saw that I received a wrong product then i immediately contact koovs customer service about this issue and i placed return for that product.and on 18th of December courier boy came and picked up the product. After so many days passed but i haven't got any update from their side then i tried to contact...

                      My order no IDK290372 I ordered maroon denim jacket from the Koovs.com. But jacket were not good. So I returned those. Koovs account say refunded but still i didn't get any refund in my bank account. I have complained many times but no reply from their side. I want my money back.

                              I haven't received my refund of my
                              cancelled prepaid order no : K288582. It's been 2 days and still there is no reply from their end. Please refund my Rs 1649 as soon as possible.

                                    I had purchased a "Multi Leaf Print Half Sleeves Shirt" from Koovs. But I returned the shirt immediately with tags on. The reason for return was disproportionate size of sleeves. The shirt was picked up by the company but refused to refund my money, giving reason that the shirt failed quality check. I returned the shirt in same condition as I received it. I would not return a shirt just because it was little dirty, due to substantial effort involved in completing a buying transaction.
                                    I had communication with the company and first they said they would not refund the money or return the shirt. I requested them to return my item if they are not making my refund, they agreed to return it. Till date I have not received my item.
