[Resolved]  Kosmo Hyundai — the battery is damaged and its in guarantee but they asking 1400 rs for replacing battery

hi i am very disappointed from kosmo huyndai batala road asr. Because they have given damage battery the car is santro and didnt start once in a week they check from agency and they also check from exide dealer they also send the report that the battery is damage. Now the service manager name madan is asking for money. The battery is in gurantee period why should we pay money. Their is no procedure of paying money in gurantee period. They call us to agency by car 10 to 15 times and 5 to 6 times they send us near softy road for checking of battery my house is near khalsa college and i wasted near about 800 rs petrol. Now we pay for replacement of battery thats not gona happen. When we go to buy a car they said we give u all facilities and in gurantee we change any part which is not working.
