I'm complaining about Exide Integra 1500 Lithium-ion Battery

Very Poor customer service.. My Exide integra battery stoped working after 2.5 years.. With warranty claim i registered complaint and Technician NAVEEN KUMAR RAJA from Selam has been assigned against my service request No. 03170098 by company.

He took my battery for service but now more than 20 days gone he is not attending my phone call.. there is no response from him and exide customer care also... Now I am planning to register...

Replacement of battery in warranty period

This is regarding my pending Warranty Service Request (#[protected] for the Dynex Exide Battery, which remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups since 18th July 2025.

It is extremely disappointing that even after several written communications, calls, and assurances, no resolution or meaningful response has been provided. The battery continues to deliver only 45 minutes of backup, and this prolonged delay is causing daily...

I purchased an Exide battery in February 2022. Since the initial months, I have been facing severe heating issues and backup failure. I raised multiple service requests and complaints during the warranty period, but Exide and its technicians failed to provide a permanent solution or replace the battery, despite obvious signs of product defect.

Service charge claimed by exide battery for under gurratee period replacement which is 30% of original cost

I had purchased exide battery for my two wheeler 26 oct 2023. I complained for not working proper. Dealer checked and confirmed replacement is required uner guarantee period.
