[Resolved] Kotak Life Insurance — Not increase of Sum Assured 2
I am an policy holder of KLI vide policy No 00427165. I requested to the company to increased my SA2 from fifty thousand to three laks. I had submitted my request in the month of Nov 2007 which was apporved by the company stated that you can deposite the money for the same during the anniversary of the policy which is on 28 March.
KLI informed me to deposite the money of my policy and I had deposited the money which was intimated to me on 29 Mar 2008.
When i asked the company that how much is my SA2. They replied Rs 50000. I registered the complaint through e mail and phone calls than also they did not take any action. Finly I wrote that I am going to forward this matter to MD than they send me personal health statement form which I have forwarded by e mail and by post also. But still I am wating for reply.
It is requested that this matter is to be forwarded to heigher authorities of the KLI for necessary action.
