[Resolved]  Kotak Life Insurance — proposal number: 09839198

I have been forced to pay for a plan that i did not authorised. Your agent promised me different plan and kept me in impression that i am paying for the plan i have authorized. Next day, i called for receipt and then got the information of this payment i made. Its completely a different plan which the agent did not inform. It was done from west bengal branch and currently im located in delhi. I want an immediate re-imbursement of my payment of ₹26125 on 27 feb 2018 after verification. I dont want any plan from kotak life insurance. I have all related documents as proof. I already sent email regarding the issue to ur customer client help desk. I have attached the payment page. Reply soon.

Discrepancy in issuing Policy // Proposal No 09800013

I am really disappointed with your policy and process. I have paid Initial Premium of Rs. 9, 293/ on 29.01.2018 but still policy is not issued yet.

Kindly Clarify below mentioned queries:

1.Two times medicals have been conducted I need proper explanation why you have conducted two times medicals.

2.Initially I have been communicated that Sum Assured will be 1 crore and Annual premium will be Rs.9, 293/ As you said I have paid the premium amount but now you are asking me to pay Annual Premium of Rs. 9, 865/ Total difference Amount is Rs.602 and Sum Assured is also reduced to 95 lakhs (mentioned in the Consent Letter) I demand proper explanation on reducing the Sum Assured and increasing the Annual premium. If sum Assured is reduced due to some reasons then premium should be reduced according to that but how come it is increasing moreover all the medicals are positive.

3.There is no transparency in company policy and process has communicated one thing while collecting the documents and now the reality is different.

4.What is the TAT for Issuing the Policy it s been more than a month still I have not received policy.
