Scan center inside the hospital they have male operator for scan machine, womens are reluctant to tell this outside the world. Doctors should know about this in the first place. KMCH is a poor hospital management system, worst health care service in Coimbatore area.
Hospital strictly blocking the outside fruits & food but the hospital management failed to provide the hygienic & good quality food to all the inpatients. Actually the Hospital supplied so many times contaminated & bad odor foods to the patients, highly affected the patient’s speedy recovery & we lost peaceful mindset.

Hospital providing wrong commitments & trying to cheat the patients.

its a per-planed scheduled surgery for Delivery from Dr. Renuka Devi, but During surgery more than Three units of blood loss happened due to that patient Veeralakshmi lost conscious multiple times for next four days but doctor didn’t informed the blood loss.

Before surgery with in the operation theater itself one more incident happened i.e. they put injection to the patient Veeralakshmi for the surgery but doctor didn’t arrived to the hospital itself due to that Hospital staffs fighting with each other (in front of the patient) like on what basis you can put the injection doctor is not yet arrived if we are not done the surgery immediately, now the injection will affect the baby so who will do the surgery now, etc.???? If they fighting like with each other then can you please think about the patients situation & peaceful mindset ???

The KMCH hospital is self-learning Academic LAB for their students and the management Directly / indirectly encouraging the same!!! (For an evidence, we could find many Academy students are handling the patients with in the Hospital without proper supervisor).

Recently, I went to KMCH, Coimbatore to consult Dr. RenukaDevi, Gynaecologist. My first 4 months of pregnancy was in abroad and after coming to India my mom took to her. We got token number 8 in the early morning at the Out Patient section of Dr. Renuka Devi.

There will be 3 lady nurses. They only will talk more about pregnancy and give advice for a group of 5 to 10 women. Doctor will usually attend over 70 patients per day and 4 to 5 labour or delivery in one day itself.

The doctor won't even tell enough information. I had a slight increase in blood pressure that was due to temporary external situation. When I told her about this, SHE SIMPLY SAID, Ï CAN"T DO ANYTHING FOR THAT." ÄTHUKKU NAA ONNUM PANNA MUDIYAATHU". Then for what she is sitting as a doctor. She can't even hear what our doubt is.

She asked to come every 5 days due to this temporary. She prescribed steroid and high bp tablets till delivery just for one day slight increase in bp. We spent total day from morning 7.30 till evening. So my legs got swelled. She is saying that the legs should not swell. I may have edema. If gents sit in that chairs from morning till evening will get their legs swell. I was walking the corridors of blood testing, scan, imjection, doctor's 3rd floor op section, and sitting in that chairs from morning 7.30 till evening, I got swelling in legs. Previously I had no such swelling problems. After sitting in that hospital I got swelling of legs. Even sitting is giving back ache. I think it is the best way to turn all their Out Patients into regular Inpatients. Also it is a good way to induce leg swelling, high bp, prescribing bp medicines, creating infections by making pregnant women to spend a whole day in their hospitals and making them to eat food from their hotel and finally say that the woman is slightly in oedema, then high bp, then pre eclampsia and finally eclampsia. After this I think they can induce artificial labour pain and go for cesarean. Wow... Well planned Management Protocol to loot more and more money.

There is more crowd in KMCH from areas like Palladam, Tirupur, Erode etc, saying that she is a good doctor. But how can a single person look more than 70 pregnant ladies from afternoon till evening. In the morning she will go to labour.

We will give sugar and blood test in the early morning(fasting) at about 7.30 am itself. Even if you go first, you will get your reports only at 1 PM. Then you have to eat in their canteen or cafeteria. After that we have to go for scanning. They will charge Rs. 1650. It is somewhat okay but for the first few times a woman doctor scanned me. After that a male doctor is about to scan and I refused scanning and came out. They are charging this much, why can't the KMCH appoint a female radiologist. Really they are doing business.

There will not be any privacy of information with this doctor. The nurses sitting outside will call upto 10 woman names and make crowd and measure weight and blood pressure and will ask from our mouth, what is your weight. We have to shout that I am 75 kg, I am 80 Kg. Usually pregnant women will gain weight. Also the gents accompanying their wives will crowd around the door and peep into each and every woman's info like weight, cases, month etc. Just disgusting.

The infrastructure of the KMCH is like hotel lodge. Only it is fit to run lodge and not hospitals. The scanning center is at the basement, blood screening center is at the 1st floor, gynaecologist at the 3rd floor. The pathways are very very long, even gents are saying that they are tired by walking like this. Thinking about pregnant woman is really pathetic. I undergone that. In the gyn doctors area itself we can see many stretchers with pregnant women being moving here and there. The infrastructure is really poor and horrible. Pregnant women have to cross all type of infectious people in the scanning and blood testing and the hi fi hotel.

FInally at 1 o clock we had lunch. Then gone to Renuka Devi and waited waited waited. She gone for lunch, then the nurses gone for lunch, then again Doctor gone to attend a labour. We met her at 4 PM. My token is Number 8 as we put in the morning itself.

She prescribed me 2 doses of steroid injections for my temporary bp. Which is 130/80. The other dose should be put on the next day. The beautiful nurses said me to go to near by hospital with steroid. The doctor didnt mention . the date of the second dosage. They said to buy from their pharmacy only. So the next day, nearby hospitals said they wont put such steroids. Then we run to KMCH with steroid medicines. The injection will be given in a special room called INJECTION ROOM which is present in EMERGENCY SECTION in a dufferent floor. There the nurse said that she will not put as the info is not clear. She can mix only 2 vayals instead of 3. She asked us to go to Renuka Devi's cabin itself. Really really it sucks.

We were walking the long corridor of the basement, 1st floor, 3 floor, injection room and pharmacy and returned home at 8 pm after having dinner. Better KMCH can also run a tourism or travel to their hospital, indirectly making their patients to enjoy sightseeing inside their hospital. They are successfully running hotel business, giving blood reports before lunch time and consulting doctor after lunch. There is only one pharmacy in the first floor. There all kinds of patients will gather and the workers are so lazy. Even the newly appointed doctor girls(New Freshers from Kovai Medical College). They are playing with my steroid injection vayal with one hand and operating mouse in t he same hand watching monitor and laughing. SHe got nicely from me. LAter I enquired her name. I came to knew their names are Keerthana, Saranya etc...

I thought of complaining in their greivance number displayed at the lift entrances. But I want to give exact difficuty to whoever seeking help. Especially pregnant women avoid this hospital.

Recently I went to another private hospital for 2nd opinion with KMCH reports. That doctor is really kind and cleared all my doubts. She sent me to another specialist doctor for her opinion with KMCH reports. Finally I am feeling that I am in right track. Even if my second doctor suggests me to go for induced labour, I can trust her and say yes. If I continued in KMCH then Renuka Devi will do only C section.

Finally a word to KMCH. Getting more number of patients in a single day, doesn't mean that your services are good. It really lowers your quality of service. You are doing only business, not social service. Getting this much money. Make your doctors to answer properly. Give proper infrastructure. Just think from the view of patients and their comfort level . You are running a high fi hotel for visitors comfort then why not care for pregnancy sections.

Mam. Fantastic reply mam. We have experienced the same.
Excellent Review. Thanks a lot.
not good service
Recently my periamma got admitted in KMCH for blood clot in brain nerves due to lack if sleep and pressure. When we admitted Dr. Mohan analysed and said she got mild heart attack and it is critical, if another such stroke comes she may lose life. We need to operate immediately and you have to pay 2.5 lake immediately for operation.

Since my aunt is also a private doctor (not in KMCH) we consulted her and changed the doctor to Suresh Kuma (cardiologist) and management alloted Dr.arul selvan (neuro surgeon) said to be best neuro surgeon in KMCH.

When admitted in hospital except that clot in brain, every thing like hemo globin, bp, caratinin (impurities in blood), uric acid in urine was normal. creatine was 0.5 g, gfr -60 ml / min. Urea - 22 mg, hb -13.2.

Dr. Arul selvan, treated the blood clot with IV fevastin 900mg TDS, 3% sodium chloride, injection mannitol TDS for 23 days. ((TDS means three times daily in medical term, Fevastin Is pain killer and IV is through vein)). Urinary bladder was cathertarised ( urine bag). Daily output o[censored]rine was 1.5 litres

After 2weeks, of this treatment she was getting normal and we also felt happy that she is getting cured.

But after 2weeks she got fever and for that Fevastin is injected again. The day from fever she was very drowsy and unable to eat food, speak. She was in sleep. We immediately noted this and informed duty nurses. They least bothered to come and check the patient and said that "I'm coming, I'm coming". Despite of repeated calls, they came after 3 hours, saw the patient said, its during to lack of food and you can inform doctor Tomorrow.

Nurses here are 3rd rated and service they provide is worst. They won't give proper medicines in shift, we need to call them. Even if we call them, they will come 30 min to 1 hour late. They won't clean urine bags on daily basis. They won't respond whatever critical it is. Not sure whether these 3rd rated are eating food or something else. We pay nursing service fees 22000/ 4 days

When we informed Dr. Arul selvan, he said it's normal scenario at this stage and urged us to get discharge saying that she is normal. Since she could not walk we said him that when she walks at least 2 steps, we will discharge and we requested for physiotherapy.

When the days passed, she became very drowsy, unable to speak, eat, get up from bed.

When my aunt (doctor) asked for doctor Aril selvan or nurses for the periamma reports so that we can analyze and shift the hospital they refused to show the report or to say the medicines given

During OCT 13 2017 to OCT 28 2017, blood was taken for test. But no hemo globin, uric acid, creatine, bp we're checked . Only blood sugar was analyzed.

On 29th Oct 2017, the condition went critical and after that they took her to ICU. Dr. Kandasamy (kidney specialist ) ICU doctor, said her kidney failed and urine output per day was 25 ml .and said this is due to very heavy doses of of medicines given by Dr. Arul selvan.

He also said that he will do dialysis to improve condition, when dialysis performed, no improvements. ICY doctor declared that she is died on 2nd Nov 2017 1pm.

Today we lost her because o[censored]nprofessional Dr. Arul selvan and cheap rated staff nurses in KMCH.

Hospital looks like full of shops, stationary, ATM. They are running a business centre.
IF YOU WANT TO COMMIT BRUTAL SUICIDE WALK INTO KMCH AND PAY FOR THEM.

IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR RELATIONS, NEVER EVER GO TO KMCH. ONLY BLOOD RELATIONS AND CLOSE RELATIVES KNOW THE VALUE OF EACH LIFE
