I am 9 months pregnant and waiting to meet the doctor since 11 am . Token has been taken and paid . No proper communication and respect towards the patient is given. Waited till 6 pm but could not even see other doctors also . Need appointment asap to meet the doctor. And to get this fixed . No proper communication was given to book the doctors appointment prior.

      I’m Yogesh from palladam, My father admitted to KMCH hospital Sulur emergency ward for dog bite, The doctor “BHARATH” give prescription for injection and I going to pharmacy and buy the medicine and I given to Doctor BHARATH later he discuss woth his team and tell me This medicine not in stock you may buy another medicine brand only differ like these told, , , Then Iam again going to pharmacy to buy medicine the pharmaceutical talk through telecom to the doctor and she finally told This also not available you can go to main centre, , , Are you playing with us?????two hrs gone not even clean the wound ..

        I myself Physician came to KMCH OBG department for follow up of Pregnancy for my wife who is Ophthalmologist.
        During our first visit we didn't book appointment we came by 10am. We have through all routine investigations and scans even though we have done those already.
        We completed all these by 4pm.
        Sisters in Renuka mam OPD made us to wait till 7pm knowing we both of them are doctors. I have told myself we have to travel kindly let us go soon..
        They let us in as last second person.
        No respect for doctors here. I tolerated that.
        This time our second visit we booked appointment as slot No 9.
        While asking opd which time mam will come, they are not responding properly even knowing doctor is speaking.
        What kind of attitude is this ?
        This is how you treat your fellow colleagues.

            My Father was getting treatment under KMCH he was asked to come back after 15 days . When we reach out to them on the 16 th day they are not responding properly his tablets are over he has to take medicine we have to travel 4 hrs to reach the hospital when I called them they told we have to put an op appointment but for that I am trying to them from the morning they told only at 3 appointment will be take at 3 they didn't pick up the phone we kept on trying at 4.32 they took the phone and told op appointment is limited to 100 and it's done. How we should take it from here even I called the service station and she was lethargically answering the phone and directly redirected to another them .. this is how we are treated even when we pay for our treatment what's this hospital is upto..

              Had an appointment with the Radiology department for today at 11 AM in the morning. Scheduled appointment was given almost a month ago and was confirmed few days back if I'm coming or not. In the beginning at around 1115 hrs, I was told to wait for another 45 mins as there were 05 more patients in the waiting list ( which means I was the 6th patient to undergo scanning). After 45 mins of waiting, I was told to wait for another 15 mins as the doctor was having lunch. But even after 30 mins nobody cared to call up or tell if it was my turn, keeping in mind I'm 20 weeks pregnant and as the weather was very hot today, i was feeling very uncomfortable and restless. After that half an hour, I was called upon & I was again told to wait for another five minutes outside, on which I lost my patience and told the doctor that I cannot take it anymore as its been almost 3 hours since I'm waiting. Later she called me up again and told me that she can't take the scan as the baby is not in the right position to take a scan and i need to take a walk for an hour & then come back. I request you to look up into the matter that why someone can take a patient for granted and personally when I'm paying for my treatment & arrived on time? Moreover please teach your doctors some manners and etiquettes & some general courtesy for a patient who's pregnant, being a doctor you are telling the patient to go and take a walk for 1 hour outside? How is that justified ? Why that stupid attitude with a pregnant patient ? & please convey my message to the doctor (DR. Amuthavalli S, Radiologist) If you are incapable at your job & can't handle few patients, please find a different hospital with lesser patients. Lastly I request the HR Department to please recheck the appointments scheduled, if someone is called upon for the said appointment, the time difference can be at the max for 30-40 mins not 3 hours on the stretch. I'm paying for the services & I have the right to ask. And if the HR cannot do that please let me know, I'll take this matter to the consumer court for legal actions.

                Hi Sir/Mam,
                KCMH is the excellent facilitated hospital there is no doubt in that. Every month I have to come to hospital to have check for my mother, whenever I come have to face most uncomfortable situation is need to leave footwear before entering doctors room. There is no board but nurses are insisting/being harsh us to leave it. My question, it is huge hospital with alots of doctors, nurses, patients and attendees where I can only patient and attendees need to remove but doctors or nurses with their respective footwear's as they are moving around with their same footwearall round the hospital, are they not caring around the gems. If we need to remove slippers before see any patients there is logic but Can you please say the reason why patients or attendees need to remove their footwear unnecessarily in public that too nurses are very harsh to remove

                  My husband got stroke and getting treatment in KMCH COIMBATORE DR SENTHILKUMAR E CONSULTANT NEUROLOGIST, he prescribed an injection from his representative it is more than 50k so we bought from different seller. Due to that they delayed in giving appointment, and talking very rude. This is not fair already we spend more money in hospital. Please take action against the nurse Bhavadharini. My husband really upset. Just for the commission money they behave like this. Please take necessary action to stop such behaviour in the hospital.

                    The file movement for visiting different doctors by a patient with a single file takes enormously long time as the nurses/ drs PA sent the files to wrong doctors inspire of the next doctors to be visited by patients. Please streamline the procedure or else maintain doctorwise file to avoid avoidable inconvenience to patients.

                      Since we are from coimbatore we know much about kmch so we have visited multiple times. Recently we went there for urinary infection for my father, he is a dialysis patient and he was having fever and allergy on that time while visiting hospital. We have checked with doctor kandhasamy nephrologist, there was a long queue before us @11 on 27 -aug-21. We informed our booking priorly to the doctor room, but it was not taken as serious. Eventhough patient comes urgent they are not considering. At last he checked my father @4.30pm and told us the procedures as, once again if my father gets fever come to hospital as outpatient and admit him. Fever was not reduced and we came to hospital at 11.30am on 28-aug-21 after informing to the doctor room for appointment, since it is a Saturday there was no appointment for outpatients. After waiting for three hours untill 2.30pm he went to meeting. We want to take dialysis on Friday due to this issue we postponed dialysis. No response from doctor side and nurse working in doctor room is talking rude and not communicating properly. Her name is geetha.

                        Dear Dir/Madam,

                        Due to my mom's health issue we visited Kovai Medical Centre Hospital(KMCH) on 9th April 2021 and as per doctor advise admitted in to hospital for further investigation. And for admission process RT PCR Covid 19 Test is mandatory for patient and attender. Here the cruel is hospital is charging 3750 rupees for one RT PCR Covid 19 Test and when I check with hospital managing director Dr.Murugan he confirmed that that's is as per hospital policy and he confirmed that he don't know about the government procedure chargea for RT PCR Covid 19 Test. Here my compliant is hospital management is simply eating money in the name of Covid test and this is very cruel, illegal and cheat offence.

                        Kindly treat this as normal citizens personal request and take an action.

                          Today we really frustrated due to longer waiting time for meeting specialist doctor in OP.
                          I request management should focus more on this and inquire why patients are waiting for longer.
                          We have waited for more than 3 hours but doctor didn't meet any of the patient who is waiting front of his OP room

                            Only hospital which says no doctors available in ICU but Surgical ICU. This is clearly a money motivated business.

                            They simply killed my father by giving wrong injection but later they explained saying that pt not in a position to accept the medication. Which clearly shows they do play with money.

                            They must do all study before suggest any medication. Buy branding as multi-speciality hospital

                              Sir, i have taken a angioplast treatment in ur hospital coimbatore for my father on 04/06/2019 and i made a payment of rs.126000 in this connection i claimed the amount from united india insurance now they asked query for providing the barcode sticker of implants used then today i visited ur hospital and given a request to cath lab staff around 12 30 pm and concerned staff is not in the seat advised me to come after 2 clock and i came to after 2 clock. I met the concerned staff mrs gayathri she advised me to get the invoice from first floor bill counter. I came there and they also advised me to take the copies of bills and insurance query report and i submitted the same to concerned staff. After that she said simply it will take a time to collect after 2 or 3 hours. It is very much furstrated of service to the patient. It is a very painful experience to me. Also the delivering mode of message is very roughly. Plz advised them to handle the patient s politely and smiley face.

                                My dad is in trauma icu from last 2 days. Today morning we had a ct scan done post his operation and for release of the reports had to run from one department to other and at the end it was told to us that you have to seek your attending doctors approval followed up by medical director's approval even though we were not seeking second opinion. The company has a right mentioned on board to have the reports etc. At our disposal. Then why is such approval being required.
                                2.in the last visiting segment the attendee doctor when asked started showing off even used the words "you are not a doctor or else i would have explained, it's an icu etc". Again the rule in board states that we have full right to know about the medicines etc provided to patient irrespective where he is in.
                                I may not be a doctor, but am also a professional who can read and write. If these rights are so difficult to be followed and raises so many brows kindly remove them from the display.

                                  Worst hospital. Reception place of shouting. Nurses show faces. Doctors always late and run away. Lab sample toilet place for all diseases. Pharmacy wait till evening. Phones of hospital never picked. Even picked they will put u on hold. All tests will be taken. Huge money demanded. Over crowded than the government general hospital. Parking rs 10/ charged for frying the cars in a open rugged ground and it says perking at owner's risk. Its not so funny. The medical council of india is expected to perform a surprise check. This hospital is a place of money laundering. Patents peace of mind is lost. Many new diseases is transmitted. Nurses are useless and doctors hopless. Only good thing is canteen making huge profits. This hospital needs to be shut. It is harmful to poor and the public at large.

                                    I went to consult with dr.renukadevi gynecologist. But she is busy with other thing. I waited for a whole day and they send me to assistant doctor. I asked them to i want to consult with dr.renukadevi they send me as last person. I explained my problem but she is not ready to hear. She simply said this is only the treatment found for your problem and You continue what ever you took before bye.

                                    Is this the correct way to treat patient? Please treat a patient like human being we are not animal.

                                      We moved Tirupur TMF hospital to KMCH for my dad's treatment. He's placed into emergency ward. Emergency treatment takes min 12 hrs he got admitted at 10am noon still 9 pm eve no good service or response. Everyone is roaming around simply doing nothing. If you are ask anything they will say they will do. But they never care about patients only money mind guys. You can find lot of good hospitals coimbatore. But this is worst hospital I ever seen.
