Today I am writing in this section is becuase of the frustration. KSRTC has one of the most pathetic customer service. Online booking doesn't work fine, Phone service cannot be pathetic because nobody receives the call. Today I tried to book tickets from Bangalore to Pondicherry online which did not work as usual, so for a change I tried the phone service. I called [protected], First of all it was difficult to find the number. After finding the number, I have tried to call them more than 10 times and nobody answered the call. The time I called was between 3.00PM to 4.00PM on a friday, which is not half day.
When the above options did not work, I tried to find help directly. I walked up to a person in KSRTC's so called "May I help You" counter. "May I help You" thats , sorry about the word but its the frustration you have to understand. If you walk to this person ask a question. The way he answers would be as though we are troubling him. When I approached him, he was literally scraching his balls and ignoring me. When I tried to tell him this is not customer service. He almost got in to a fight with me.
If you cannot provide a good service, the best option for you is to stop the services which you cannot maintain.

today morning one KSRTC bus (Davanagere to channagiri root)abused at time 7:25 to one respected employee in Karnataka govt u should enquiry that matter, give punishment to that bus driver, other wise we will compliant to our transport minister...
