Respected sir/mam please do the needful against ksrtc bustand sakleshpur.. They are collecting 5rs for using public toilet which is free.. This is not for first time today @2:45am also same incident happened and they are not keeping one mug also inside...

I am a passenger daily traveling gokak to Belgaum at evening 6 pm to 8:00pm no bus available from gokak to Belgaum...

Almost all washrooms advertise as free urinals however they charge 5-10rs per person and they threaten if you refuse to pay....

I had booked a ticket on sunday may 13 for the bus at 7 from madikeri to mangalore but later ai have cancelled it . Till today I have not received my refund of 344 rupees. Please make it faster . Thank you...

This is in regards to PNR: J[protected] / Trip code 0615CDPBNG, there was service cancellation without information on the day of travel and made to board different bus from shivamogga. We got to know this only after speaking to customer service that the bus service is cancelled and asked us to board different bus.

This is really such a poor service and even the reservation/help counters were not aware of...

I was trying to book a bus ticket from KSRTC website. An amount of ₹947 got debited from my account but the ticket is not booked. I have received an email from KSRTC in which only OB reference number is available, so i cannot go for the ticket cancellation. I request KSRTC to refund the full amount, beacuse the ticket is not booked....

Every monday there will be shortage of buses from kanakapura to K R Market.
Even the TC will be here and doesn't take any action....

On 21/03/2023, I boarded KA 19. F. 3433 (Kasaragod to Mangalore KSRTC )bus at approximately 9:30 AM.
The conductor was very unprofessional but also disrespectful towards women. I
Provided him the ticket amount and he refused to return the change even though he had the change in his hand . He was planning on keeping that change for himself. He told me I won’t return your change and you had to bring the change from your home...

For Ladies Buses are free in Karnataka and for Maharastra half ticket.. I am travelling from Belgaum to sawantwadi. Conductor charge full amount. And he spoke with me very rudely if you want to travel then travel other wise get out and take another bus. My adhar card address is from Banglore and voter id from Maharastra....

PNR no. H99170926 was canceled on Feb 13, 2024, before the 3-day of travel. An amount of Rs. 775=00 will be deposited to your account within 4 to 5 days, Now. already 20 days lapsed but the amount has not yet been deposited...

Driver is not waiting for all the passengers to get in to the bus. He is starting bus even before people with one leg landing which is very dangerous.

On 17/02/2024, Time: 10:16 AM, Mysuru to Bangalore non stop ksrtc bus, Driver cum conductor (name: Govind) not sure of his name as he was not wearing a name plate, very rude behavior with passengers, ladies, elderly persons...
