I have been travelling in airavat from honnavr to Mangalore KA01F4896, boarded at 8.30 am from honnavr. I had the reservation so i was Able to get the seat l, but the bus conductor keeps taking people and bus is filled with crowd standing. Airavat is a bus which doesnt have standing option because of too many people it's too suffocating Inside and many had vomitted and the smell circulated throughout.Its horrible to travel as i m still in the bus while i write this complaint, please take strict action and not to fill the bus beyond the number of seats

    I was traveling from Atmakur to Nadikotkur on 16.05.2022 Bus number KA28 F 2462 morning 10.00am. the Bus conductor was used very harsh language with passenger.

      Dear sir/ madam,
      Today(15.05.2022) I had travelled from Hoskote to baiyappanahalli metro station.
      Bus (KA-40-F1453) conductor refused to issue ticket to baiyappanahalli metro station, instead issued to Bangalore which is 9 rs more compared to baiyappanahalli metro station.
      Request you to take action on the conductor and reimburse my difference amount.

        Despite calling to enquire about the arrival of bus, the crew member did not receive the call (bangalore-mysuru-mangalore ) airavat. this has not happened just once but repeatedly. the transport authority has shown irresponsible behavior by picking up the passenger 2 hours later than the decided departure time and has wasted the consumers valuable time. this behavior has upset the customer and would appreciate the immediate action or would...

        Ksrtc bus going to Bellary from Bangalore hit my car from behind in Gorguntepalya signal tonight at 10:40 pm. The bus driver should be penalized for damaging my car. Such negligent n irresponsible driver should be thrown out of driver job. Bus no KA34 F 1269

          Money was debited ..but ticket not confirmed...after that I booked again ...then i got ticket by debiting again ...my first debited money didn't get back...what i do

            There is law and rules against did to the customer in. The date of[protected] the passager asked him stop urine but he avoid and said that he will stop at hireyur and according to the ksrtc rules if passager have problem with toilet the driver should consume and react to passger problem but he don't happened so plz verify...

              Dear san

              On dated 13/05/2022 Time 7.00pmplace- Kengal (mysore to bangalore). Bus number+ KA57F1639.

              He was drive wrongly in this place with mobile phone use. All other vehicle people just missed from biggest accident by Airavatha bus driver.
              Kindly take action against this driver

                The main bus station at Ballari is very busy at night times due to many Bangalore bound buses. But there are very few seating arrangements while waiting for buses. Ladies, senior citizens and children sit on dirty steps. Also, I found leaking drainage pipes descending near One drinking water facility which was nauseating (located near where Bangalore bound buses stop) ..of course, rest of the bus stand was very unclean otherwise. Authorities..please dedicate attention to these...

                    Sir, Daily many people are travelling from Gauribidanur to Tumkur line, But there is no Frequent buses in this line, Travellers has to wait minimum for hour sometimes 2 hours in the noon

                        I travelled in ksrtc bus number ka42 f 2187
                        12.05.22 early morning from bangalore to kollegala my starting point is kanakapura raod raghuvanahalli bus start 5:30am driving speed is 30km/per hour driver is very irresponsible negligence behaviour bus runningis like baffalo

                          I am passenger the conductor not allowed me to sit in a seat he started shooting and saying lie that its reserved
                          So roude he talked and finally not allowed me to sit only pls take a serious action on that conductor .

                            Driver cum conductor collected extra money from me when I was traveling from Tumkur to jalahalli cross where the ticket fare is 69 rs and D&C collected 80 rs from me that is shameful for the KSRTC Department for such things happen and department doesn't know, so take action on the Driver cum conductor and help public
