Request for Refund Amount Debited Twice Due to Server Issue

I am writing to inform you about an issue I faced while traveling on a KSRTC bus from Mysore to Bangalore.

Conductor misbehave with women traveller

UPI-Amount deducted, but ticket not received

Hi,
I had travelled from Bangalore to Davangere on 14/07/2025 and took 3 tickets( 2 with Aadhaar card and one with UPI transaction) but unfortunately UPI amount deducted but didn't received ticket so conductor asked me to get ticket by paying cash...currently conductor has raised this issue with Chitradurga depo but still amount not yet been credited to my account.Please refer the attachment for more details and do the needful.br...

Taking forever to print new Drivers License

Greetings,

My name is Swayam and I applied for a MCWG endorsement on my existing DL on 28th of January, 2025.

The Kasturi Nagar RTO is taking forever to print and issue my new Drivers License. Approval of endorsement was completed in the first week of February, yet it's been 60+ days since and they haven't printed my DL.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I faced with the parking facility at the Mysore Satellite Bus Stand, Bengaluru, on the ground floor of the bus stand.

Conductor charges luggage for 5 kgs of iron rod

THE JOURNEY FROM SRINAGAR TO MELKOTE. My Ko hai Ko passenger travelling from jalahalli to nagamangala flight ticket number 38 3103 issued at 06.43.14hours.(₹129) they carry 5kg wt.of iron rod. Conductor ask luggage for that @ 07.01 52 hrs. & Co-pessenger refused, after refusing the conductor given luggage bill no 383109 DTD 19.09.2024.

My aadhaar card address is in Karnataka, I moved from tamilnadu to Karnataka before 7years. When I show aadhaar card, even though it's a Karnataka address he is not accepting. That's not a problem. Collecting money for using public toilet

Respected sir/mam please do the needful against ksrtc bustand sakleshpur.. They are collecting 5rs for using public toilet which is free.. This is not for first time today @2:45am also same incident happened and they are not keeping one mug also inside...

Sir, I booked a ticket 2 times on 17 Jun 2024 via the online Ksrtc website and Ksrtc app It is been more than 7 days I have not received the refund of my ticket amount kindly check and refund my amount of 888+888=1776 Rupees

There is no response even though I called the call center and refund mobile number they have mentioned in ksrtc website

    Almost all washrooms advertise as free urinals however they charge 5-10rs per person and they threaten if you refuse to pay.

        Hello,

        This is in regards to PNR: J[protected] / Trip code 0615CDPBNG, there was service cancellation without information on the day of travel and made to board different bus from shivamogga. We got to know this only after speaking to customer service that the bus service is cancelled and asked us to board different bus.

        This is really such a poor service and even the reservation/help counters were not aware of any information of the trip scheduled in shivamogga.

        Kindly address this issue at most priority and refund the amount charged RS. 648 for trip at the earliest possible.

          I was trying to book a bus ticket from KSRTC website. An amount of ₹947 got debited from my account but the ticket is not booked. I have received an email from KSRTC in which only OB reference number is available, so i cannot go for the ticket cancellation. I request KSRTC to refund the full amount, beacuse the ticket is not booked.

              Dear KSRTC Officials,

              I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a troubling incident that occurred during my recent journey on one of your Rajahamsa buses. As a regular passenger and a supporter of KSRTC services, I believe it is crucial to address instances where the conduct of your staff falls below the expected standards of professionalism and customer service.

              On the 13th of March, 2024, I boarded a Rajahamsa bus from Satellite, Bengaluru, bound for my destination. Prior to boarding, I inquired with the driver about the possibility of paying via PhonePe, as I was experiencing severe pain and did not have cash on hand due to a recent medical procedure involving the insertion of a DJ stent for kidney disease. Although I did not disclose the details of my medical condition, the driver assured me that PhonePe payment was acceptable.

              Upon boarding the bus, I was met with hostility and rudeness from the conductor, whose behavior was both unprofessional and distressing. Despite the driver's assurance, the conductor initially refused to issue a ticket, citing alleged policy violations regarding the acceptance of PhonePe payments. After much insistence, he reluctantly agreed to issue a ticket but then falsely claimed to have already issued it, despite my firm assertion to the contrary.

              Furthermore, the conductor delayed the issuance of the ticket, insisting on additional checks and requesting payment to a personal account, which raised suspicions of fraudulent activity. Ultimately, he attempted to pass off another passenger's ticket as mine, a move that was both unacceptable and unethical.

              This experience left me feeling deeply disrespected and violated, as I was subjected to unnecessary stress and mistreatment while already dealing with health issues. It is evident that the conductor's behavior was not only unbecoming of a representative of KSRTC but also potentially fraudulent and exploitative.

              As a loyal customer of KSRTC, I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate disciplinary action against the conductor involved. Additionally, I request measures be implemented to ensure the provision of professional and respectful service to all passengers, regardless of their circumstances.

              I have attached relevant documentation, including transaction screenshots and a photo of the ticket provided, for your reference. I trust that you will address this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and take steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

                On 21/03/2023, I boarded KA 19. F. 3433 (Kasaragod to Mangalore KSRTC )bus at approximately 9:30 AM.
                The conductor was very unprofessional but also disrespectful towards women. I
                Provided him the ticket amount and he refused to return the change even though he had the change in his hand . He was planning on keeping that change for himself. He told me I won’t return your change and you had to bring the change from your home . I agree if he didn’t have the change amount but he had lots of coins in hand and he gave change to people who look elder . Since I look very young and small he thought of keeping the change for himself thinking I won’t dare to talk to him . Also he behaved very rudely.
                This incident has left a negative impression on KSRTC. And I find Kerala ksrtc conductors behave in decent manner. Why do you still keep conductors who are disrespectful to women and try to loot the money of poor passengers.
                I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in future.
