Dear KSRTC Support Team,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and formal complaint regarding the extreme delay of the Airavat Club Class service (Service No: 1030BNGOTY) scheduled for today, April 15, 2026.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delay in KSRTC Airavat Club Class service from Bhadravati to Bengaluru on[protected].

The bus was scheduled to depart at 4:31 PM from Bhadravati and arrive at Kempegowda Bus Station, Bengaluru by 9:30 PM. However, the bus was delayed by approximately 1 hour at departure and reached Bengaluru nearly 2 hours late.

I am writing to inform you about an issue I faced while traveling on a KSRTC bus from Mysore to Bangalore.

I had travelled from Bangalore to Davangere on 14/07/2025 and took 3 tickets( 2 with Aadhaar card and one with UPI transaction) but unfortunately UPI amount deducted but didn't received ticket so conductor asked me to get ticket by paying cash...currently conductor has raised this issue with Chitradurga depo but still amount not yet been credited to my account.Please refer the attachment for more details and do the needful.br...

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I faced with the parking facility at the Mysore Satellite Bus Stand, Bengaluru, on the ground floor of the bus stand.

I was traveling with my family from siruguppa to bellary. Below mentioned bus conductor was behaving rudely in accepting currency notes which was torn a bit. I was carrying only one 100rs note and informed the same but conductor was accepting the note and ask us to depart from the vehicle. Let me know that if there is any separate rules & regulations have been passed to accept the notes? Conductor is telling that it's his own wish/choice...

Dear Sir/Madam,
Today(26/02/2023) I happened use Chikmagalur KSRTC bus stand public toilet. While entering a ladies toilet room a man sitting in a chair stopped me and asked to pay Rs.10(for urinal). I paid but toilet rooms were disgusting and very unhygienic.
When a man demanded Rs.10 per person and that too for public toilet, I thought it should be very well maintained and hygienic. It is just some random people making money....

And even he is laughing along with other staff with lose talks and insulting the women instead of guiding. Why ksrtc hiring half mental staff across the counter. I today 18/05/2022 travelled from Mysore to Kanchipuram by Airavat Dream Class bus 2029MYSCHN. While boarding we asked the staff what time it will reach and will it go to the kanchipuram bus stand. Bus no. KA 42f 1664 is not a fly over bus but the conductor not allowing students those who have pass because we didn't want to pay money so that I can't get my attendence this issue is not only happening in this one bus but also in many busses please do consider this issue though we have ksrtc pass it has no value at all...
