[Resolved]  KSRTC Bus Tickets — Cancellation amount not yet received

I have booked my ticket through online and it got cancelled on 8th Dec 2011. But still i haven received my refundable amount. If i am calling customer care, they are just giving some other number and disconnecting the call. The same story in the next number also. I tried around 7 nos, but no one is responding properly.
