Hello sir, I had booked the two tickets on 09/10/2009. And I have canceled the ticket on 09/10/2009. The amount is not yet refunded to me. Here below I am provide the info of my tickets, can you please get back me ASAP. Hello,

This is with regard to PNR no: J15877382 dated: 19/12/2009, the journey
was from Bangalore to Tirupathi however KSRTC informed me at the
KEMPEGOWDA BS that the bus is cancelled.

Even after cancelling the booking through online by me on the same date, I have not yet
received the refund of money into my account till date. It was stated that this
would be credited into my account within 7 days. can you please look
into this and credit the amount? I had already mailed (<[protected]@ksrtc.org>, <[protected]@ksrtc.org>) and called the departments number of times but no reply

Please have a look and let me know.
