With such a sad and desparate heart am raising these complaint.
I had a train ticket from bangalore to thrissur on 12th feb and because of some pending work i was forced to cancel the ticket and book a ticket in kerala ksrtc bangalore scheduled at 7:30 evening.But in a hurry, i marked the boarding point as Bangalore instead of MADIWAL ST/JHNs stop.
I called up Ksrtc and the repective person too spoke very rough saying why can't you book it properly.I somehow manage to get the conductors number and called up him.
He blasted upon me asking me to come to satellite bustand. If i had that time to travel from whitefield to satellite bustand i would have never cancelled my train ticket.
He started giving lectures saying you don't have sense to book it properly isn't it?
Is that the way a customer expect from KSRTC department.I said if you can't do the needful let me contact your Authority.He kept the phone challenging me. And i find it real tough to travel in the same bus, so again unfortunately booked the ticket in 10 pm bus mentioning proper boarding point.
Is it not fare .Is it like the conductors clearly understand that nobody is going to complaint against him.
They behaves as supreme authorities.I have seen many condutors making proxy tickets too..
With respect i know they too work hard for living .we too work hard for the same.So we expects some respect afterall.
I firmly believe that if each citizen does his or her bit, we surely can make a difference, i am doing it here.Please the system also needs to respond and do its bit.
