[Resolved]  KSRTC — No safety for Lady passengers

My name is Karthik Rajan and Im a Operations Manager in Cognizant Technology Solutions. My mother named Vatchala, Age 55 boarded the bus on 1st Sep at 11.15 PM opp to Christ College. She was asked to get down by conductor named Ravi at St.Johns Hospital around 11.45 PM when it was heavily raining as she was not carrying a ID proof. The reason is because the main passenger (my wife - Kanchana) ticket was cancelled as she was ill and my mother was the co-passenger who had travelled. My mom is new to Bangalore, cannot speak the local language and aged 55 years but ridiculously asked to get down middle of the night by Mr.Ravi. So where is women safety here for ladies travelling in KSRTC ?? Where is humanity ???
