[Resolved]  KSRTC — AMOUNT DEBITED WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF TICKETS

I was trying to book ticket online asexual on 08/08/2010 at around 08.39PM. The amount of 924.00 has been debited from my credit card account but ticket has been not confirmed.

Congugatelly I made twice ticket booking transaction but all three transaction are debited amount non of them confirmed ticket reservation.

On 09/08/2010 morning 8.21Am, once again trying to book the ticket but this time also same thing happened as earlier case.

My transaction details are as fallows

Rs 560 AMOUNT DEBITED WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF TICKETS

I was trying to book ticket online on 12/05/2011 at around 02.15 PM. The amount Rs 560.00 had been debited from my credit card account but ticket was not confirmed. Please refund the amount.

KSRTC — Amount debited without tickets

KSRTC CHEATERS and RASCALS
I was booking a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad. When I selected seats and confirmed entering my atm details, I was shown that tickets are taken by someone else. when I checked with my bank amount was deducted. No one answers calls as well.
